A remarkable House (160m2/1722ft2) in the famous neighborhood of Plaka, in the heart of Athens. The building is one of the oldest in Plaka dating from the 19th Century and is located in probably the best location in the city, minutes walk away from the mighty Acropolis and all major sights. Recently renovated with new facilities whilst the original features of the house (high ceilings, hardwood floors, antique furnishings) have been retained.

With 3 beautifully decorated furnished bedrooms Art Pantheon House is perfect for groups or a family to enjoy life like a local in the oldest part of the city. Big asset of the house is the exclusive courtyard garden.

It consists of an entire floor with its own entrance and has 3 bedrooms, a large living room with dining area, 3 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an exclusive courtyard garden. Please note the furnishings are brand new and premium quality with some restored vintage pieces thrown in. Some of the provided amenities are washer-dryer, Coco-Mat mattresses, large flat screen TVs, complimentary toiletries and high-speed WiFi (100 Mbps network) ideal for working from the house.

The apartment was absolutely wonderful for a family of 5. Each room has plenty of space, televisions, and all the amenities you would need. The entire apartment is newly renovated with a great kitchen, bathrooms, and new washer/dryer.The location is fantastic! Within 5 minutes to great restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. Only 10 minutes to the Acropolis and Monistiraki Square.Great value and would definitely stay here again when we visit!

Wonderful!

The house, the location, the host. All wonderful. Andre went above and beyond to assist us with transportation when our flight in was cancelled and we had to take the ferry and arrived 7 hours late! Great location, wonderful restaurants.

Absolutely beautiful property in an amazing neighborhood. Short walking distance to the Acropolis, lovely restaurants, and shops. Andreas was always available to assist us with anything we needed including transportation to and from the airport. We will definitely be back again!

A day in Athens

Right in city center. Our host was very helpful. He arranged transportation to and from airport. He was very accommodating by storing luggage until check in. He had many recommendations for city tours and restaurants. The home was clean and beautiful. Splenty of space for 6 ladies. Beautiful courtyard. Very walkable to Parthenon,shopping and restaurants.

Highly recommend

Andreas was a perfect host. He was very responsive to my questions before our arrival. He arranged transportation from the hotel and port, and made several excellent recommendations on things to do and places to stay. The apartment is in a perfect location in the Plaka, and very comfortable for our 3 night stay. I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time with 7 adults at this property. The location is perfect with most highlights of Athens a short walk away. A comfortable centrally placed flat in Athens.

On arrival we were greeted by Andreas who explained how everything worked in the flat, all about the keys and had suggestions of what to see and where to eat in Athens. This property is quiet although in the centre of Athens. We loved the outside space in a courtyard. Excellent accommodation for 3 couples. It was comfortable and clean. Would recommend it.

9 Days in Plaka

The area is perfect, very walkable and close to everything, and very safe. If you have walking limitations, Uber is reasonably priced. The cats of Plaka are great, I loved seeing and petting them, if you’re not a cat person, maybe go elsewhere. We had taken a food tour, money well spent!

Excellent and elegant!

We rented both the upstairs and downstairs for our multi-generational family of 14. Everything about this property was above and beyond our expectations. It’s beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and things like bedding and towels are of excellent quality. The location in the Plaka neighborhood manages to be both central to all the action and quiet at the same time. Extraordinary! The hosts are very helpful and provided recommendations for activities, restaurants and were available via whatsapp throughout our stay to help with any questions. Cannot recommend this property enough.
