This brand new 80 square meters apartment is located on the first floor of the building and from its private terrace offers a wonderful view of the New Acropolis Museum and of the vibrant pedestrian Makrigianni street. The apartment is accessible by elevator and consists of two separate bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, one terrace and a balcony.

This modernly decorated apartment is luminous and comfortable, suitable for different needs and tastes. While you are entering the house you will see the dining room and the living room decorated with modern elements. The dominant black color of the sofa coordinates in a perfect harmony with the modern paintings, the white walls, the wooden table, the parquet floors the diffuse lighting, the turquoise chairs and curtains and the silver, white and turquoise adornments. At the outdoor dining area you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner or a glass of wine by the beautiful olive trees and under the sight of the New Acropolis Museum you will feel a part of the historical center.

The living room is equipped with a relaxing sofa bed and a 50’’ 4K SMART flat screen TV with free Netflix. Next to the living room is a luxurious indoor dining area decorated with wooden elements and glass and equipped with board games.

The first bedroom features a king double bed and the second features two single beds, perfectly equipped with extremely comfortable mattresses, linen and pillows of the finest quality in order to provide an outstanding sleeping experience. Both rooms are equipped with air condition devices, closets, and 40’’ 4K SMART TVs. There is also a safe deposit box in the double room.

The apartment features two bathrooms with showers. This artistically designed bathrooms decorated with a unique combination of black, grey and white elements, black pebbles, white and grey tiles and wooden surfaces will provide you moments of indulgence and relaxation. The bathrooms are fully equipped with towels of high quality, two hairdryers, a first aid kit and amenities by the luxurious Greek toiletries brand “Korres” (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body milk and soap).
The apartment’s kitchen is fully equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, filter-coffee machine, electric stove, oven, toaster, electric kettle, kitchenware, dishwasher, microwave ,refrigerator, freezer, teapot with free tea and herbs, coffee supplies (greek, filter and Nespresso) and cleaning products.
The residence has 3 air-condition units, one in the living room and one in each bedroom, as well as central heating operating during winter months. The WIFI is free and available all day. The water is potable. Hot water is available during the whole day.
There are also available a washing machine, an iron, ironing facilities and a drying rack. A baby cot can be provided and placed in the apartment upon request, at no extra cost.
