  • Apartment DM17 is a cosy apartment with a spacious terrace located in the creative and charming neighbourhood of Koukaki.

    This fourth floor apartment sits opposite a charming church bell tower that rings each morning (a true taste of local life!). The building has two lifts, which can be reached after a few steps at the building entrance.

    The neighbourhood is full of restaurants, bars, shops, and markets, including the beloved Takis Bakery, famous for fresh bread, pies, cakes and more!

    A scenic pedestrian walkway nearby leads directly to the Acropolis, Acropolis Museum, and the picturesque streets of Plaka. The Acropolis metro station, a short walk away, provides easy access to the airport and Piraeus Port via the metro (each requires one line transfer) and to other parts of Athens.

    Early check in or late check out
    Early check-in and late check-out are possible depending on availability and requested times. Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

    For arrivals after 21:00, we highly recommend our trusted taxi service. Payment is made directly to the driver, who will meet you at the airport, assist with your arrival, check you in, and provide useful information about the apartment and the local area at no extra charge.

Clean, relatively convenient, and comfortable property with strong AC. Only callout would be that if you are a light sleeper, the apartment above had a lot of noise - it sounded like a lot of metal pipes rolling around the porch at all hours.

L'appartement est à quelques minutes de l'Acropole et du secteur très touristique mais en étant dans un quartier résidentiel vivant et fréquenté par les athéniens surtout. Il y a un bon choix de restos, cafés et commerces tout autour. Cet emplacement et le vaste balcon sont certainement les principaux atouts du logement. La communication avec les responsables de la location fut simple et rapide. Nous avons pu d'ailleurs occuper le logement avant le check-in normal car il etait prêt plus tôt. Ce qui nous a grandement simplifié la vie.

Perfect location for those that want to walk in the city. Great restaurants, right across the street museum and acropolis in walking distance. Comfortable bed wonderful neighborhood.Clean and generally quiet.

We really enjoyed the short walk to the Acropolis, lots of awesome restaurants nearby. A very nice neighborhood. Felt very safe there.

The apartment is simple but it is also exactly what you need for a stay like this. Can’t say enough good about the location! You can walk to everything you want to see for historical sites, laundry and grocery and restaurants nearby. Great ride service to and from was super helpful and excellent host communication. Totally recommend! Would stay here again for sure!

Great location

Perfect location and super host. A short walk to the pedestrian walkway surrounded the Acropolis. The host was quick to respond and even arranged an early morning taxi for us.
