"Clean, quiet, and with the friendliest staff I’ve encountered in ages, Hyatt Place is an excellent choice for the budget traveler, and for anyone who (as in our case) seeks an affordable spot without the need of an on-site restaurant. Morning breakfast is complimentary; it offered a wide range of tasty options, along with friendly “Good morning”s from the staff."

"The furniture shows signs of age. Liked two sinks, one outside the bathroom. Refrigerator was noisy. Custodial service on alternate days only is less tha desirable."

"Friendly staff at check-in, breakfast, and checkout! Awesome late pool hours until 11pm! Love the later noon checkout time. The only thing I thought was strange was no bag liners in the trash cans. Between diapers, food wrappers, etc, they were messy."

"Clean Room, Staff very courteous and professional. Breakfasts were plentiful and nice selection. Room nice size. The sink area for bathroom definitely needs to be bigger. There is barely enough room to put anything on countertop. Kitchen area just right for short stays. Full size fridge. It should be mentioned there are airplanes taking off and landing over/next to the hotel."

"The breakfast was delicious, but there were stains in the bathroom, the tub was peeling, and it all just felt old. Additionally the curtain in our room was missing part of it and it had been installed off center so the parking lot light right outside our window was shining through. We had to keep the wardobe door open to block the light from shining right onto the bed where we were sleeping. "
