"Premier Inn at LHR terminal 5 was very clean. It had a refrigerator and coffee in the room. Staff at the restaurant, coffee shop and bar were all friendly and helpful. We got to the airport via a bus. The stop was directly across the street and arrived every 20 min."

"The hotel itself is in an ideal location. 4 minute walk to the tube and plenty of restaurant options around. However, we reserved 2 family rooms in our booking. We were placed on opposite sides of the hotel and I was told that you need to request rooms be near each other. Oh sorry, I thought having them in the same booking was obvious enough. The rooms are VERY small. For being a family room, there is barely enough room to walk around or even put our suitcases. The rooms do not come with a phone...
