"We had a wonderful stay at Noce cottage - it was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for our family of four. The terrace was lovely with the most spectacular views. The pool was pristine. We visited nearby towns and sampled local wine plus visited Saturnia hot springs - a worthy day trip. Only 10 min to grocery store and hospital but a world away - like being back in time. "The house is individually and tastefully decorated, well equipped with everything necessary and very spacious for 2 people. The windows in the bedroom and kitchen are equipped with solid fly screens - very helpful ;-) The house has a beautiful garden with spacious terrace (great view to Castiglion Fiorentino), which gives a Mediterranean feeling of life. The only complaint we really had with our stay was that it is probably not the best place to stay during the summer months when it is 95+ outside.
