On the main level, the living area welcomes you with modern and tasteful furnishings, featuring a veranda, a panoramic window, and direct access to the garden, the veranda, and the swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and a freezer. This floor also includes 2 double bedrooms, each fitted with its own shower, bidet, and WC, as well as individual air conditioning and forced-air heating units, with direct access to the veranda. A further single room on this level accommodates 1 bed and is served by a private shower and WC.

On the lower ground floor, 2 additional double bedrooms are available, each complete with a shower, bidet, and WC, as well as independent air conditioning and forced-air heating. The property also includes a dependance featuring 2 semi-detached bedrooms, each with a double bed and a private shower, WC, and bidet. Please be aware that in the central part of the property there are 5 steps required to access certain rooms.
