Embedded in the idyllic landscape close to the beaches of Cannigione, this cosy holiday home is situated on one hectare of private land and ensures a relaxing experience in utmost privacy. The charming holiday home consists of a living/dining room, a functionally-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (hot and cold), a washing machine and a television. Outside you will find a spacious terrace with a roofed dining area and a barbecue, all of which is surrounded by native vegetation and natural boulders. From the terraces you can enjoy magnificent views over the surrounding mountains and verdant valleys. Due to the property’s rural yet well-connected location, you can reach the shops and beautiful beaches of Cannigione in just a few minutes by car: supermarkets and restaurants are about 2.4 km or a 5-minute drive away and several sandy beaches like Spiaggia di Cannigione, Spiaggia Tanca Manna, and Spiaggia di Laconia are also around 3 km or a 5-minute drive from the property. Porto Cervo beach as well as some of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Smeralda are also approximately 15 minutes away by car.



Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. For guests that book a stay of at least 2 weeks, a complimentary, new set of towels and bed linens will be provided after the first week and a cleaning lady will come for no extra charge.
