Villa de arquitecto, espectaculares vistas al mar, piscina

Esta villa de diseño Savin Couelle está en lo alto de una colina con vistas a la bahía de Pitrizza, el Parque Nacional Marino de La Maddalena y Córcega en la distancia. En frente de la villa es un jardín privado rodeado de adelfas y olivos, mientras que en la parte trasera de la propiedad es una gran terraza, jardín y piscina en forma de riñón. El nivel principal de la casa consta de una sala de estar, terraza frontal con amplias vistas al mar, cocina, aseo y terraza trasera grande con zona de comedor cubierta y pequeña parrilla de gas. La planta baja cuenta con un gran dormitorio doble y un dormitorio con dos camas, ambas con baño y duchas en-suite. La habitación doble tiene puertas francesas que dan a un patio y jardín delantero. El nivel superior de la casa consiste en el dormitorio principal doble, cuarto de baño con ducha, y una terraza superior con vistas espectaculares en tres direcciones. La playa más cercana se encuentra a 15 minutos a pie
 (2 minutos en coche). Ver Notas a Instalaciones: esta villa no es adecuado para niños menores de 6 o con movilidad reducida.

Asientos en el exterior: La terraza superior tiene 4 sillas de teca alrededor de una mesa y una tumbona de teca sol. La terraza frontal de nivel principal y tienen amplios asientos con cojines. El comedor trasero tiene una gran mesa de comedor de piedra con sillas, pequeña parrilla de gas, y jardín de hierbas de cocina. Tres bancos de teca están salpicadas por el jardín. Hay 4 teca tumbonas junto a la piscina.

Piscina: La piscina tiene forma de riñón, alrededor de 7 millones por 4. 5m, sin sección poco profunda. Es por lo menos 1. 60 metros de profundidad en todas partes. Hay cuatro tumbonas de teca cerca de la piscina.

Jardín: El jardín privado tiene una serie de buganvillas, adelfas, hibiscos y otros arbustos en flor, un árbol de higo maduro con excelente fruto en su tiempo, un pequeño árbol de limón, laurel y varias hierbas de cocina.

Estacionamiento: Hay estacionamiento fuera de la calle para 3 autos detrás de una puerta electrónica.

2 adults and 2 kids at 8 and 10. Lovely home with a great little pool and excellent location with a marvelous view of the bay. Well equipped and AC units in all bedrooms. Close to great restaurants and stores. I would not recommend for families with very young children, older people with balance or walking issues or very tall people due to lower ceilings in staircases etc. Overall a really great week for us.

Une tres jolie maison dans le plus pur style des années 60 dans un quartier assez calme avec une magnifique vue. Dommage que nous n'ayons pas été prevenus que du personnel d'entretien de la piscine ou du jardin venait régulièrement le matin ce qui peut gâcher notre intimité. Sinon, tout s'est bien passé.

This getaway is one my girlfriends and i do every few years to celebrate our friendship since high school. This is the best property we have stayed at in 40 years due to its location, surroundings and general ‘feeling of home’. i would recommend renting a car so you can explore the beautiful towns that are relatively close. We dined out each night with some not so great experiences but our favourite place was Retro Resto with by far the best menu as well as servers. I highly recommend stayin at this property and will most definitely be back again with my family in the near future.

A truly stunning location- the villa has amazing views and is very comfortable and well equipped . Lovely quiet residential area with a local beach just 10 minutes walk away. Excellent choice of restaurants within walking distance. We couldn’t have asked for more and had a really lovely holiday. Thank you to Michael for being so helpful and responding to my queries so quickly. We loved it!!!! Highly recommend!

Great place with amazing views. Everything we needed for our family of 4. Only observation is that house is not ideal for tall people (3 out of 4 members of family are over 6’5”) but we quickly got adjusted and didn’t think about it much. Owner was lovely and communicative and cleaning lady was a doll.

We spent 10 wonderful days in this original home from the 60s when the Costa Smeralda boom started. In addition to having wonderful views and an old garden, it felt like participating in that history of homely architectural design inspired by Gaudi. Can fully recommend for any party using two bed rooms.

If my title doesn't speak for itself, then I'll just add that we had the most amazing family vacation at Villa Volpaia due to the absolute uniqueness of the home... the architecture, the gardens, the balconies & the views! All of it stunning. Liscia di Vacca & the charming little street that the villa is on, felt like like a perfect nook amongst the glitz & glamour of Porto Cervo & the Costa Smeralda. Was just our speed, and we simply adored it. On a more practical note- the handful of restaurants within walking distance from the house were perfect for our needs, as well as the market & pharmacy. Bruno the caretaker was easy to communicate with and was super helpful when we had a minor issue. This is by no means a negative thing, but the stairs in this house are no joke! It is clearly stated in the description, but I didn't give it much thought to be honest. I'm only mentioning it here because we had a 7 year old and a grandmother with a bad knee, and the stairs became the topic of much conversation during our stay. ;) Beaches and other excursions were easy to get to from the villa, (with a car), and we appreciated all the information in the book. (Although we spent too much money at the linen shop in San Pantaleo thanks to that suggestion, haha!) Many, many thanks for sharing your special home with us. We hope to be back someday!

We stayed at this beautiful home with our adult daughters and their partners, and couldn’t have asked for a better place. We loved the design of the house, outdoor spaces, and pool area. There was plenty of room for all of us to gather, and there were many areas to be if anyone needed alone time. The kitchen is well equipped. The views from the house are stunning. There’s a cafe and grocery store within walking distance, and several restaurants nearby. We had a delicious meal at La Briciola just up the road from the house. Several beaches are only a short drive away. Stopping for gelato at Patisserie Pace became a ritual on our way home from the beach! There’s a comprehensive information binder that was very useful. Both Bruno and Michael were quick to respond when we had questions. We’re missing Volpaia already!

This villa is not only beautiful and romantic, the villa is also located in a very nice area with everything nearby. The views are the best ever seen. The garden and pool are very private, kitchen is very well stocked. Communication was very easy and friendly. Highly recommended!

The view, the location and the well laid out house made this the perfect place to call home for a week. We loved being able to walk to a grocery story and fantastic restaurants. The numerous patios and pool allowed us space to relax together or on our own. We'd highly recommend this home to others!

First stay in Sardinia and we were so lucky to stay at Villa Volpaia. We are a family of 4 (incl. grown up daughter's boyfriends). We found the villa to be charming (on a level that is difficult to describe) with a lay-out of rooms that fit our family perfectly. (3 separate bedrooms with walk-in bathrooms). The lay-out of the villa allowed us to spend time together but also find a private spot when that was needed. The villa is truly unique. The architecture is very charming, and the interior decoration is full of charming details that continues to reveal itself during the stay. The villa contains everything you need when on holiday: Good tips for where to shop, buy groceries, which beach to visit, dining out (do try the pizzaria on the corner and the agriturismo). The list is long:-) In terms of what you need in the kitchen, you are all good to go - from coffee bean grinder to cooling box :-). So... the villa (and Sardinia) comes with our highest recommendation and we hope to be able to return one day. /charlotte

Die Lage des Hauses ist einzigartig. Man thront über der Bucht mit herrlichem Blick über La Maddalena und Caprera. Dahinter türmt sich Korsika. Das Schlafzimmer toppt den Blick mit zusätzlicher Sicht nach Osten. Sonnenaufgang Romantik garantiert. Das ganze Haus ist ein Kunstwerk. Strände sind im Überangebot vorhanden. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in Laufdistanz. Michael ist ein toller Gastgeber. Danke für die tolle Woche!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Volpaia. Terrific location in Costa Smeralda in the popular part of Sardinia. Well equipped house with everything one needs for a relaxing vacation. The main floor was always cool due to ocean breezes while the bedrooms had quiet air conditioning units, if needed. Aside from the pool and the lovely gardens, we appreciated the ability to walk to restaurants and cafes, of which there are many in the area. Pre-planning with the owner and local support by the caregiver worked perfectly. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation in a truly unique house (and setting), then I can warmly recommend Villa Volpaia.

The property is really beautiful, very private, with breathtaking and stunning views over the bay from living room, master bedroom and 2 terraces. It reminds me with design style a Casa Batllo in Barcelona, e.g. organic irregular or round shapes of the walls and windows...amazing :) Nice small beach (Liscia Rene) 4 minutes by car (through Via Nibani). The check-in/out was smooth (with local person Mr. Bruno, he speaks also English and German). We got all instructions about the villa, neighborhood and recommendations for the places to visit prior to our arrival from the owner Michael via vrbo messanger. Excellent restaurant La Briciola is literally few steps from the property. Few minutes walking you will find another perfect restaurant Spinaker, with cafe&bar. The shop is next door to Spinaker, but within 10 min driving you have few other supermarkets. Excellent location for the trips (e.g. Capo d`Orso, town Palau, snorkeling boat trip around Island Caprera from Poltu Quatu with guys from Orso Diving Center etc). We had such unforgettable 9 days. Highly recommended! I would suggest a small tip for the owner for the improvement: download speed and quality of wi-fi connection. Personally, I would not mind as an adult, but when you travel with 3 teenagers, it really matters.
