"It was a nice clean room, however the flashing light in the room was a little annoying."

"I really like this hotel!! It is clean, it is beautiful, the staff is great. The rooms are really nice; the views aren't the best, but that's OK. The location is close to a lot of food and shopping. Both restaurants on site are delicious!! I was disappointed that they started charging for parking, but not a deal breaker. I have stayed here twice and would definitely stay again."

"Excellent staff, relatively quiet, easy to get to, great location. Rooms are not huge, but very well done. The price is not cheap but fair. The two items that I don't like are the barn door on the bathroom, and the desk chair does not have rollers on it. Small thing,s but still irritating."

"At first i was annoyed by the no refund policy, but its worth every penny. I didnt even gamble. The rooms are nice and the bathrooms are pure heaven. The casino restaurants were underwhelming, but the staff was super helpful. Staff and room quality are what puts this place at the top. Also GREAT dj's on certain nights.This will be my go to for Baltimore"

"The ac knob is broken instead of fixing it. I guess they rather come and stick a pencil in it to turn on. I'm sure this wasn't the first time. The bathroom walls paint is peeling off. The room was suppose to be non smoking. I don't smoke or drink and i can assure you. Somebody have smoked in that room. The room floor was sticky. The front desk lady was okay. The outside parking have trash laying around the building and be aware of nails. I got a flat. This location is close to the mall and...
