"This stay wasn’t as good as my last as this room didn’t have a seat and table. Had I known rooms of the same standard have different layouts, I would have asked for one with a seat and small table. This room was much smaller than last time and I wondered if I’d had a first time experience that wasn’t to be repeated."

We weren't advised of our free room credit on check in & even when I confirmed it with staff, it wasn't applied at check out. until I reminded them again that we were over charged.
