Finca Los Pinos de Arta is a two-storey, trendy holiday home that impresses with a particularly individual mix of classic Mallorcan construction, wonderfully green and peaceful grounds and detailed interior and exterior design. The large, very charming garden with mature trees and extensive lawns creates a wonderful idyll with different zones where you can always find sunny and shady spots. There are numerous seating options by the pool, on the large terrace areas and on the cosy covered terrace right next to the house. If you wish, you can swim a few laps in the pool first thing in the morning, which is surrounded by an elegant sun deck with plenty of space for sun loungers and can be easily reached via a wide staircase. The chill-out lounge offers the best conditions for relaxing hours outdoors. Sports enthusiasts and children also get their money's worth. A large playing field with a volleyball net and an oversized, floor-level trampoline offer the opportunity to let off steam.



The impressive living room with an almost 8m high beamed ceiling, which extends over two levels on the ground floor, forms the centrepiece of the stately, over 300 m² house, which impresses with its stylish flair and attractive furnishings. The living room with large sofa and fireplace is located in the central ground floor area. The black and white floor tiles in combination with the white walls and ceilings give the modern furniture an extremely aesthetic setting. In the adjoining dining area, separated by two steps, you can eat together in style and enjoy the cosiness of home. Another dining area in the form of a large counter table with bar stools is available in the spacious, modern kitchen, where you can have fun preparing meals alongside plenty of work areas and a great cooking island. Directly adjoining the kitchen is the utility room, which is equipped with another drinks fridge and from which you can immediately access the barbecue area on the terrace. This room is therefore also the barbecue kitchen with a Napoleon 800-temperature gas barbecue, where you can prepare meals outdoors. A decorative spiral staircase in the tower of the house leads up to the large gallery area on the upper floor. On this floor there are three tastefully and recently renovated bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en suite). The gallery area also offers another cosy retreat for relaxing or working. On the ground floor there is also an elegant guest WC for you and your visitors. Finca Los Pinos de Arta is situated in a rural location not far from the Mallorcan village of Artà in the north-east of Mallorca. It stands on a plot of over 10,000 m², which is laid out around the house and pool as a beautiful, green garden with mature trees. Artà with its historic old town can be reached in a few minutes by car or even better on foot. This is a great advantage, especially if you want to visit the nationally renowned market every Tuesday. The finca is also ideal for cyclists, as a small, concrete path is immediately available to them through the garden gate. The beaches of Cala Agulla, Cala Son Moll and Playa de Canyamel are each only around 10 km and a maximum of 15 minutes away by car. The same applies to the lively Cala Ratjada, which enjoys cult status due to its nightlife and can be reached by car or taxi in 15 minutes.
