This setting allows you to enjoy walks through a preserved forest and the landscapes of the Bourbonnais mountains. Le Mayet-de-Montagne is 7 km away, Vichy and its UNESCO-listed thermal heritage are 20 km away, and La Loge des Gardes, an outdoor leisure park, is 21 km away.

The house is arranged over two levels.

Ground floor: 1 bedroom for 2 people, accessible to people with reduced mobility, with its own private bathroom (shower/toilet). It has a door providing direct access to the outside. Open-plan kitchen/living room with a professional upright piano, laundry room, and separate WC.

First floor: with a shower room and separate WC, four double bedrooms, including one 9 m² bedroom with two single beds (supplement of €20 per person per day), ideal for children. An interior walkway, overlooking the living room and open-plan kitchen, leads to the top bedroom. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (bath/WC) and direct access to the terrace.

Several terraces surround the house, including a 13 m² terrace upstairs (directly accessible from the Févier d'Amérique and Châtaignier bedrooms), offering unobstructed views of the rolling hills of the Bourbonnais mountains. Two wood-burning stoves provide warmth during cooler weather. Don't expect a traditional television: the living room is equipped with a video projector, and satellite Wi-Fi is perfect for working from home. The decor, inspired by travels in Asia, combines imported furniture with a hand-painted mural.

The cottage's advantages: Travel light, everything is included! Sheets and beds made upon arrival, towels, kitchen towels, electricity, and heating are all included.

Please note: Exterior finishing work is currently underway, particularly on the woodwork. Access to the cottage is via a road unsuitable for vehicles with low ground clearance. Travel approximately 700 meters along a path alongside a field and then the family forest before arriving at the cottage. It is recommended to follow the route marked by the owner.
