The holiday home Casa Yus is located in Arrecife and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, a fan as well as a washing machine. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. This vacation rental features a private outdoor space including an open terrace, covered terrace, and balcony.

Close to the property, guests can find all essential services within easy reach: a supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, a health center a mere 10-minute stroll, and the Redoubt beach a pleasant 15-minute walk from the property.

Free parking is available on the street and a parking space is available in a garage.

A beautiful house with wonderful hosts

Yus and her husband, Arnaldo, were brilliant hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They even picked us up from the airport and, also, took us back when we asked if they could arrange a taxi for us. They’d provided basic provisions for our arrival as well as a ‘welcome’ bottle of wine which is a lovely touch.The house itself is very comfortable and was spotless. It has so many different areas that can be used. The conservatory is brilliant, we spent much of our time there! There is air con in the kitchen/diner & in the master bedroom, there are fans in all other rooms. The area is very quiet. It is very handy for provisions as there is an Aldi literally across the road (the bins and recycling are over there too) so you don’t need to carry the shopping very far.There are a few restaurants around 15 minutes’ walk from the house, although the main area for restaurants (El Charco de San Ginés) takes about 30 minutes. This didn’t bother us but, if you have mobility issues, it might not be ideal. The walk to Play Honda along the promenade is nice and takes around 55 minutes. The bus station is also around 15 minutes' walk. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 'Casa Yus' to anyone wanting to stay in Arrecife.

A beautiful place!

We had a fantastic stay at this property during our two-week visit to Lanzarote. The house was built with a lot of love, and the communication with the host was excellent. I felt comfortable asking any questions, and they responded quickly. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time.The property features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, two conservatories, a laundry room, and a fantastic kitchen. I appreciated that there was an Aldi right at our doorstep, making it easy to grab food whenever we wanted. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby and excellent bus access. We've already booked to return next year and cannot wait!
