WE HAVE RECENTLY UPGRADED THE APARTMENT.

This apartment is in Costa del Silencio, Tenerife, on the southernmost tip of the island. It is situated between the airport and Los Christianos and it is available for rent. This apartment will sleep up to 4 people comfortably..

It is a luxurious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. The master bedroom has en-suite facilities with bath, shower, WC and sink, double bed and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has two single beds and also fitted wardrobes. Both rooms have doors that lead directly onto the large patio which has a table for outside dining.

From here a spiral staircase takes you to the private sun terrace above the apartment. This is an amazing sun trap and gives you extra special views of Mount Tiede and the Sea, which is only a few hundred metres away.

The kitchen is open plan and has all the usual appliances including a washing machine and microwave.

The living room has a large settee which is comfortable and also has TV (English channels) and DVD facilities. This room also has doors that lead out to the patio area and sun terrace.

The second bathroom has a shower, WC and sink. The apartment is in a secure gated community with a private parking space available for your use if you choose to hire a car. There is also a safe included. There are two pools that are kept immaculate, one for small children and another larger pool. The entire complex is very well maintained and is a private holiday getaway.

All amenities are only a short walk away with many good restaurants and great bars around the corner. This makes the apartment situated in a quiet and peaceful area but you can reach everything you need only minutes away. We have placed a portfolio inside that has all the good restaurants and bars etc in the area.

The apartment has recently upgraded to fibre optic WIFI with a 49inch TV that has Netflix and Smart IPTV streaming facilities. All sports channels etc.

Cold weather escape

The property was ideal because it was local to friends that also stay in the area. The 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms meant we had our own space within the property in addition to the lounge kitchen area. Easy access to local buses which enabled us to travel out to other villages & resorts.

Great apartment for a quiet and relaxing stay

Located on the upper floor of a two storey block located on the eastern side of the complex, the very large balcony/patio benefited from the morning sunshine and great views of Mount Tiede. In the afternoon we climbed the spital stairs to the huge roof top solarium to finish of the day's sunbathing. The apartment has everything you could ask for for a self catering stay, two comfortable bedrooms with sufficient wardrobe space, a comprehensively equipped kitchen with a washing machine and lots of other things like English language books, board games etc. The apartment is 10-15 min walk from a wide variety of restaurants including a very good Lebanese one and also a good Chinese. International fair is also widely available at prices to suit all pockets. There's also a small pebble covered beach nearby (10min walk) giving access to a sheltered bay great for swimming/snorkeling. All in all we had a lovely relaxing time and would recommend this apartment and owner

Lovely Inside, Loud Outside

The apartment itself was lovely, spacious, and well-equipped. However, the street noise from the building across the street was quite loud, often continuing late into the evening. This, of course, is not the owner's fault, but it did impact our stay. While the apartment was great, the check-in process was a bit cumbersome and could be improved

Chill out week in a quiet location

My Wife and I came here for a chill out week in the sun in a quiet location and that is exactly what we got. If you want to visit the urban sprawls of Los C and Las A then this might not be for you, but the frequent 457 Bus stops right outside the apartments and will take you there for €2 per person! The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and has everything you need. It is in a gated small quiet complex with nice swimming pool. Restaurants, Bars and Supermarkets are all within easy reach and walkable. The nearest beaches are at Las Galletas, again via the bus, or if you are reasonable fit, walkable in 20 minutes. The proprietor and his support colleagues in Costa del Silencio were both friendly and very helpful. Thoroughly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a peaceful time.

Costa Silencio

Property was clean and adequate.We had 1 tv in the lounge and a decorative one in the second bedroom. Main bed didn't have a tv. Main bathroom towel rail was hanging bent down and the toweling shower mat was badly marked. The apartment was on the top floor at the back of the block overlooking more apartments not the pool. The pool area was great, very clean and weĺl maintained. There is a water machine where you can fill up water bottles for €1 which we were told about after a few days. Check in was a bit of a shambles as the key holder who owns a local bar left her phone at home so it took 2 hours to find her bar and finally get the keys. We weren't given the address of the bar. To get to the bar its a15 min drive if you know where to go, the area has a confusing oneway system. I would recomend a hire car as you wouldn't want to stay in the area with older teens as there is not a lot to do, great if you want a quiet place to stay. I would rate this apartment a solid 6 out of 10, more 3 * than a luxury apartment.

Great apartment

Lovely apartment. Fabulous, large outdoor spaces with mountain and sea views. Well equipped with everything you need to cater for yourself. Good showers and a comfortable bed. Plenty of supermarkets close by along with bars, restaurants and a handy bus stop. Situated in a pleasant urbanisation and the pool was lovely. Communication with the owner was good and Sharon, the local contact was very helpful.

Nice relaxing Getaway

Just come back from 8 days staying at this property and it ticked all of our needs, we was after a week of peace and quiet and we had just that, the balcony has the sun until around 2 pm and the private sun terrace has it all day, because it is right on the coast it is a bit on the windy side but this is a god send as it keeps you cool, we panicked when we first got in the apartment as the apartment DONT have air con but it has fans in each room and because it was quite cool of an evening this was sufficient enough for us and probably would have been too cold to have air con on, I’m assuming it’s windy all year round so possibly don’t have the need for air con, however everything was great and in a great spot, only a small walk up to some local restaurants, Costa Silencio is defo the quieter town so if you want a week or 2 of relaxing and catching some rays this a perfect spot, the only thing I would say is if you have children that will be using the pool you would probably have to go down there with them as you cannot see the pool from the apartment, in the week that we was there I never see the pool being used by anybody so you would have the pool mainly to yourself!

Schönes Apartment mit Schwächen

Die Raumaufteilung ist sehr gut, aber die Küchentheke als Essplatz bei 4 Personen zu klein. Das insbesondere, da die große Ost-Terasse wegen permanent sehr starkem Wind kaum genutzt werden konnte. Das Sofa ist völlig durchgesessen und sollte dringend erneuert werden.

La Hacienda apartment

The apartment was excellent with all that's needed for a very comfortable stay.Also if you want to travel around there is a excellent bus service just outside the property.We even took a 415 direct bus to the airport from Las Galatus at ten bel bus stop. A informative guest book to help with TV.. Extractor & Light....Waste/Rubbish.

Need TLC

To many things need TLC, Sun loungers cushion old torn and dirty. Patio doors hard to open and close. No one too meet us to give us an idea what is what. IPTV was not working someone came next day worked for a day and went down, I phone again to be told that someone will come the next day did not turn. So I give up becase we were not spending days waiting.

Clean place with everything for a long stay

Vert clean spacious that has the items to accommodate the needs of the holiday maker IE wi fi, good cooking implements, multi lingual tv, etc. in a well kept and secure complex, Handy for buses and local amenities shops and sea front. Alas missed my slot for this one this year as someone got in before me.

Wonderful Apartment in a Great Complex

The communications with the owner and the information he provided were excellent. The complex was very clean and well-maintained with everyone being so friendly. The apartment itself was really good. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The living area was likewise and the kitchen, in line with the rest of the apartment, was equipped to a high degree. For outside space, this apartment was spectacular. Their a a huge verandah, well-furnished, which has the sun from dawn till around 2pm or so but the magnificent sun-terrace, reached by a spiral staircase, is huge and has the sun all day. The views from here are incredible. Should we stay in the area again, we would definitely want to be in this apartment. Thankyou Martin.

Siisti toisen kerroksen asunto kattoterassilla.Kaksi kylpyhuonetta plussaa kuten myös iso 49" taulutv Netflixsillä. Allasalue hieno eikä näkynyt muita käyttäjiä. Ainut hankaluus että aurinkotuolit olisi pitänyt raahata omasta toisen kerroksen asunnosta? Parisänky tosi kapea (135cm) patjat vaatisi päivitystä. Kuten myös olohuoneen sohva ja lepotuoli ja pöytä. Keittiön baarikalusteen tuolit todella epäkäytännölliset aikuisille. Onneksi terassilla iso ruokapöytä. Pölynimuri tehoton.

Clean well equipped

The apartment is clean well equipped and very secure. Situated that the sun is with you all day as the roof terrace is available at the latter a end of the day. Roomy and nicely furnished areas. The complex is very tasteful with two pools and well kept. Very friendly complex and if any one sees you struggling they offer help. Sharron is always at hand to assist if,and I say if,anything goes wrong. A very good price for what you get. Martin is at the end of the phone also and he is a gentleman.

er staat een luxewoning, maar dat is totaal niet waar

de communicatie was degelijk fout verlopen en naar enkele telefoons kwam het toch in orde ( gelukkig maar) ik kan fotos doorsturen dat het zeker niet in orde was op het appartement. wij hebben bij vrienden die in de buurt wonen ontbijtbordjes en een schaar moeten gaan lenen omdat zelfs die kleine normale zaken niet aanwezig waren. ik heb in overleg met mijnheer fox een nieuwe pan en een aardappelschiller mogen gaan kopen omdat dat zelfs niet in deftig materiaal aanwezig was.( 12.88€)zeker niet het duurste genomen) volgens het laatste bericht is er 15€ op mijn rekening gestort ??? weet niet van wat hoor.maar heb dat toch niet ontvangen tot op heden, zou 7 sept gestort zijn ? ik heb in tenerife mijn rekeningnummer doorgegeven en als ik ben thuis gekomen ook nog eens via vrbo. maar weet totaal niets. ik denk niet dat ik fotos kan doorsturen ? 1.de dampkap was erbarmelijk, enkel het licht was in orde , de afzuiging was er totaal niet vanwege het vet! 2.de luchtrooster in de eerste badkamer is volgens mij nooit schoongemaakt,als ook de ventilator in de eerste salaapkamer 3.het stopcontact in de tweede slaapkamer trek je zo uit de muur. 4.dus geen ontbijtbortjes en geen schaar. 5.wasrek volledig stuk. 6.het rekje van de wasknijpers is ook stuk zodat je het mandje echt niet kan opnemen. 7. het salon is overtrokken met een lapje stof zodat je niet ziet hoe stuk het is aan de naden. 8. geen enkele post op tv enkel 1 in het spaans. enfin eigenlijk is het met best weing geld een beetje op te knappen, al die zaken die stuk zijn dragen echt niet bij tot een luxeappartement. ik heb altijd een luxeappartement gehuurd in de marravilla en ja dan is het verschil heel groot. maar je kan er een zeer aangenaam verblijf van maken, maar misschien toch ook een kleine aanrader ...een ofwel grote parasol of een luifel zodat je toch een beetje verkoeling hebt. mocht dit in orde kunnen komen , zou ik het zeker terug willen huren, maar sorry eerder niet. met vriendelijke groeten. nelly boeykens.

L’appartement est conforme ( même mieux ) que la description, il se trouve à côté de toutes les commodités ( magasin, arrêt de bus, restaurent, ....). Si c'est à refaire, je n'hésite pas un instant, je reprend le même

Good family sized apartment

Stayed for Christmas 2020 and can say this apartment is perfect for families and couples, with everything provided for a self catering holiday. There is even games and an x box to keep the kids entertained. Shops are a 5 minute walk away and the bus and taxi rank are right outside the front of the apartments. Loads of good restaurants and bars nearby this is a great location with good access into Los Christianos around 15 minute bus ride, UK tv and wifi also available would recommend and the owner is very helpful.

Our experience

The first 11 days were brilliant! Warm sunshine every day and excellent meals out. The last 3 days were awful due to the fact that they closed all bars and restaurants due to the coronavirus epidemic so we had nowhere to go and we were stranded in the apartment all day everyday. Nobody to blame but we were glad to get home eventually. Having said that - we would certainly stay there again.
