This property is located between HWY 71 and West Lake. New construction in 2020. One bedroom has a king bed and bathroom. One BR has a queen and murphy bed (2). Wireless internet with youtubeTV and netflix. Ice fisherman have easy access off public beach. Complete kitchenette with stove, fridge, and microwave. Ample parking with covered porch.

Modern and Clean

Vrbo check-in (online) was difficult to understand, but the property manager helped to make the check-in smooth. Rooms were clean and modern. The furniture and beds were good. We weren’t able to use the grills—due to lack of gas and charcoal, so that could have been better for us. We had a pleasant stay. We would stay at this location again.

Great stay!

Superb location and host. Everything we could need in walking distance. Property was updated, clean, and had every amenity we could want. Perfect spot for a perfect few days getaway. Will definitely visit again.

Beautiful and very convenient!

Not only was Blue Heaven a beautiful place to stay, it was so close to everything! It has a beautiful view of the lake as well! It was very clean, beds were very comfortable, had an extensive streaming line up on the television, nice little kitchenette and cute and cozy little living space, me and my family loved it! The owner was very helpful ! Highly recommend for any stay in Arnold's park, Spirit Lake or Okoboji!

Perfect

Within walking distsnce to the concert we stayed at. 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathroom. Very clean and cute. All linen was provided we just had to show up. Shane was very timely at messaging me back with any questions. And unlike other some other vrbos, he didn't ask much of us cleaning wise before we left.

Wonderful location and accommodations!

Loved the location and convenience of being close to Arnolds Park and other Okoboji sites. Apartment felt new--very spacious; nicely decorated; well supplied. Wonderful showers! Great table for eating and playing games. Highly recommend!

Okoboji weekend

Had a nice time in this rental over Memorial Day weekend!! Location was great and the neighborhood was very quiet!! It had everything that we needed for our stay. Very comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!!

Visiting for the weekend

It was fairly easy to find the house because I recognized it from the photo. It's newer construction and the layout of the bedrooms and living suave is great! There's a separate door to one bathroom and an access from the bedroom with the two beds. There were plenty of towels, body wash, and shampoo,etc. The driveway is a bit tricky because there is a curb in the center of two pea gravel driveways, and it's not lighted. Don't back off the curb like we did. The basement apartment is very cute and had everything we needed, including comfortable mattresses and sofa. Good job on the window and door casing, and we enjoyed the decorations. It was chilly when we arrived and we didn't see thermostat controls, and we discovered the furnace is controlled by the house upstairs. We were grateful for the small heater that we found in a closet. The concrete floor was pretty chilly. I'll bet the cool temperature will be appreciated in the summer. It was great to have coffee and filters provided, a nice size refrigerator with ice maker. Thank you! I'm glad I found your listing.

Perfect Property & Location

This two-bedroom, two bathroom property is the perfect place for a stay in the Lake Okoboji area. The house is very clean with very nice/quality amenities, including in the bathrooms and bedrooms. The location is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the “main drag” of bars, restaurants, and shops in the Arnold’s Park area, but is easily walkable for a hassle free, fun time! The owner was a pleasure to work with and went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay and birthday celebration weekend. Highly recommend this gem.

Great Weekend

Our first time visiting the area. The rental was great! It was very clean and modern. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the covered porch and seeing the lake over the houses across the street. It was a short walk to restaurants and shops. We brought kayaks so we appreciated having enough parking room for our truck and gear. Communication with host was very good. Would definitely come back!
