  • Luxurious Mountain Condo in The Heart Of Bear Valley Village!

    Sleeps Up To 8 Guests!

    Condo is located in the Silver Mountain Condos building, one of the newest

    buildings in Bear Valley Village. There is a gated parking garage with one

    dedicated space as well as an elevator. This spacious condo offers all of the

    luxuries of home, complete with heated radiant heat in the floors. The propane

    fireplace offers dry stack slate with gas logs. The fully equipped kitchen

    offers Bosch stainless steel appliances, spices, toaster, coffee maker and a

    built-in wine rack. The master bedroom boasts a king sized bed and opens up to

    the bathroom with dual vanities, and a glass enclosed stall shower. The

    secondary bedroom offers a king sized bed as well as two twin sized rollaway

    beds. The hallway bathroom offers a large vanity and a jetted tub. All

    bathrooms are porcelain tiled with radiant heat. There is a queen sleeper sofa

    in the living room. There is Blu-ray, dvd/cd with surround sound, high speed

    DSL. This is one of the closest condos to all amenities in Bear Valley

    village. Just minutes to the Bear Valley Lodge where the bar/ restaurants,

    general store and sports shop is located. It is equal distance to the

    snowmobile and cross country centers where you can rent snowmobiles or rent

    snowshoes, sleds/tubes or cross country skis. Catch the free shuttle to the

    slopes at the shuttle stop across from the Bear Valley Lodge! **Condos are

    centrally located and in close proximity to all village amenities**

    Our properties always have all beds made, except for the top bunk of bunk

    beds, where the linens are provided for guests to make themselves. If the

    guest exceeds the number of beds available, there will be an additional charge

    $35 per guest and we will need to be notified in advance to ensure proper

    accommodations.

Weekend Wedding

Despite the lack of snow, this was an excellent location for family to gather and get outside. Condo was good for 1 wheelchair bound guest since no ADA accommodations are available in the area. Condo was warm, inviting, clean and comfortable. Under ground parking was especially nice.

Wonderful condo...we wish to return

Beautiful condo and perfect for two couples. Our friends walked to the cross country rental store and skied across the road. We headed to Bear valley which was short drive to down hill skiing. Cozy condo was a great place to recharge after a fun day of skiing.

Fanatastic Condo!

We rented this unit for a couple of days of fishing at Lake Alpine. We rented another unit previously in this complex, so we knew what to expect. Our expectations were exceeded in this unit! Amenities were top notch, WIFI and sat. television worked perfectly. Our next trip, I would definitely want this same unit.
