Welcome to a charming, quiet cabin nestled into the trees. The main living space features a cozy seating area with a wood-burning fireplace and wall-mounted flatscreen TV with streaming capabilities. The U-shaped kitchen around the corner has all the conveniences you need to keep everyone fed. Sliding glass doors in the dining area open onto your deck, a perfect perch to watch nature pass you by or grill out one evening. You may get so cozy here that you never want to leave!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

My family and I had an excellent stay at this place. They were incredibly accommodating, even going the extra mile to make our dog feel at home. The location was perfect, and the cleanliness of the space exceeded our expectations. Overall, it offered fantastic value for a family-friendly getaway.

We booked this home as we were having a family outing, five adults and one child. This area of California is one of our favorites. The home is located in downtown Arnold close to the grocery store, gas station and the local restaurants. The is equipped with all the essentials, toilet paper, towels, pots pans plates etc. The bathroom had a nice touch of complimentary shampoos and soaps. I gave cleanliness a low score because when we came in the home had not been cleaned. I think this was a genuine mix-up, the homeowner had stayed there and did not notify the property management company. So there were dirty towels dirty dishes unmade beds. The property management company was very apologetic and did refund our cleaning fee which I thought was very appropriate. I appreciated there quick response to our messages. But additionally the home had lots of cobwebs and it didn't look like they'd been vacuumed up in a while. The weekend we're visiting is right at the beginning of May so it may not have been booked due to the horrific weather we've had this past winter. But I would have expected a general cleaning stuff to go in at the beginning of the season. The furnishings in the home are a bit dated. The furniture is kind of that log cabiny stuff so the tables were a bit wobbly and I was a little worried we were going to break something otherwise there was plenty of seating and dining space for our crowd. All in all it was a very pleasant day I would absolutely book again

Good weekend retreat

Booking and check-in were easy. The house is in a good location in Arnold. Comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids. The bathrooms are a little dated but everything was clean and worked welll.
