"Place was beautiful, clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. Problem was with communication with the management company. They were very slow to response or never bother to response. Check out procedure was not shared until late the last night. We were enjoying our last night together and did not see the email until we were already gone. "No keys or documents in the lock box to check in luckily there was a property manager that saw we were having an issue and after showing them the rental info got us keys. If we had been a late arrival probably would have been a real hassle"

"We will definitely stay again! The owner was incredibly responsive. He even checked to be sure we got in with no problems. The unit was so clean. We were so comfortable. It truly felt like our home away from home. It has everything you need - From the bikes/scooter, bean bags, tennis rackets, board games, shampoo/conditioner, beach towels, etc…they thought of it all. Also, great resort complex! 10/10 - you won’t regret it!"

"Doesn't get much better than this. Very nice condo on 3rd floor (does have elevator). Very comfortable. Only have 1 item that I felt could have been better....communication on which building to initially go to and how to get the keys. We showed up lost on where to go since we are not from there. Scrambled but did find some very helpful people that pointed us in the right direction. Besides the initial arrival, this place was fantastic."

"This location is sublime! it is off to the side, right across from the tiki bar. You don't hear it inside, so no worries on noise. The condo is perfect! we only spent nights here, since we were always out and about. The renters are amazing with communication. Very homely and comfortable place! we will be coming back to this resort!"

"This place is great. Very unique set up with the Spa room. Loved the hot tub on the upstairs deck with amazing views of the lake. Live music at Portofino's is a huge bonus, plus all day fun at Gilligan's. Thanks for sharing this cool spot."

"Super clean condo and The resort on Castle rock was great for our fishing trip… Guide was able to pick us up right on the docks at the resort. Location was a bit far from restaurants, but we managed!"

"Great Stay. Condo was as advertised, clean, spacious and inviting. Owners replied quickly if I had a question. It was my sister and husband, niece and family, nephew and family and myself. Brought the boat for fishing (some luck) and just relaxing was what the time away was all about."

"This was our second visit/stay at Castle Rock Lake in this condo. It is a wonderful location; clean and comfortable and even better this year (due to updates & renovation to the master bathroom). The owners take incredible care of the place and it shows in every detail. We can’t wait to return in 2024!"

Hotel necesita rehabilitación urgente.
"Hotel muy antiguo, muebles viejos, con telarañas en parte de los espacios, moquetas raídas, la piscina y jacuzzi no estaban operativos, saltó la alarma de incendios 3 veces durante el día (tuvimos incluso que desalojar la habitación a las 07 de la mañana...), aire acondicionado / calefacción con ruidos y no limpiaron la habitación en los 3 días que estuvimos. Lo único destacable es que la habitación era grande, con una salita con sofá y 2 televisores. Dispone de salas de reunión y seguro que en su día fue un gran hotel, pero ahora necesita una rehabilitación urgente."
