Sa Rota is a charming estate located in a rural setting on the outskirts of Ariany, a picturesque inland village in Mallorca, surrounded by almond trees, windmills and agricultural fields. An ideal destination for those seeking to disconnect in the midst of nature, enjoy the landscape and explore the island by bicycle or on foot.
The property extends over a plot of 5,000 m² and has a habitable area of 120 m², distributed across 3 cosy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with shower, with capacity for 6 people.
The American induction kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a fridge, oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and washing machine, offering everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The living-dining room includes satellite television in various languages (Spanish, English and German) and internet connection (WiFi).
The exterior is one of the main attractions of the property: a spacious furnished terrace, private garden, barbecue and a refreshing swimming pool surrounded by nature. In addition, it has a covered parking area with capacity for 2 vehicles, within the fenced enclosure.
Moreover, the nearby town of Petra offers bars, restaurants and local products, ideal for getting to know Mallorcan gastronomy. Every Thursday the traditional market is held in the Plaça Major. The beaches on the east coast, such as Cala Romántica, Cala Mendia and Cala Anguila, are also a comfortable car journey away, perfect for spending the day by the sea.
Sa Rota is the ideal option for families and groups who wish to relax in a quiet rural setting, with all the comforts of a modern house and an excellent location to explore the heart of Mallorca.

Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price, FROM NOVEMBER TO MARCH:
A charge of 0.28 Eur/kwh will be applied for electricity consumption, which will be paid at the end of the stay.
A refundable deposit is charged.
Parties are not allowed.
To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times a week for garden and pool maintenance.
