A quiet house on the riverbank, surrounded by the beauty of nature.

Three luxurious bedrooms are available in a welcoming riverside guesthouse. All bedrooms have a desk/sofa and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. All three bedrooms have access to a shared living room with a fireplace, dining room, and kitchen. Make the most of the tranquil riverside setting and enjoy the fabulous yoga space with panoramic views of the valley. From the garden, a staircase leads to a river beach, perfect for cooling off in the summer months! This is my main residence, where I live year-round. I live on the top floor, with a private kitchen and bathroom, and I am available to look after the space and answer any questions you may have. I share the front door with the first floor of the house. My house is primarily a home for artists and creatives seeking a space to feel comfortable, reconnect, and develop their own projects. The house is located on the outskirts of a small village, at the end of a small road, so there are no direct neighbors. The garden offers a beautiful view of the surrounding hillside and the Alva River. There are steps leading down to a swimming spot in the river, perfect for summer days! From here, there are many hiking trails leading to the mountains, other river beaches, or nearby villages. The region is a beautiful place to explore, with many waterfalls, picturesque villages, and local culture. Our village, Barril de Alva, has a small café, a shop, and a restaurant. Coja is the nearest larger village (a 5-minute drive away), with more options for markets, shops, cafes, and restaurants. *Note: we also have a cat that lives here.
