Villa Argaka Heights is located in Argaka, Paphos District. This
detached vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi

SECURITY DEPOSIT

years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

What a gem! The Villa Argaka Heights is a stunning retreat that exceeded our expectations. The private pool was the perfect spot to relax, surrounded by beautifully tended gardens, and the views of the sea and sunset added to the sense of tranquility.

Overall a great villa

Location difficult to find. It’s not the directions it says on google maps. it’s before the last two turn rights. Not good at 3 o’clock in the morning when it’s dark. It could do with a sign at the gates or a bit more information from the owner. But overall a great villa you get sun on the pool area all day plenty of pots and pans and crockery. All large bedrooms . We would definitely go there again.

Location is great, lovely and quiet, close to the sea (although the beaches here are pebbly rather than sand). Pool is good, as is the air conditioning in the property. Beyond that, though, its a bit tired and needs some upkeep. The beds are very uncomfortable, the showers are not very good, the pool table is unusable, the safe doesn't work and a window pane in one of the bedrooms was loose to the extent it nearly fell out. There was also no guide to the villa and the local area which is always handy when you need to work out how to use the telly and where to put the bins etc.I communicated with the management company who supposedly talked to the owners about this stuff, but we never heard from them.We still had a great holiday, but that was despite the villa, not because of it.

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr schön, wenn man es v.a. bei Dunkelheit einmal gefunden hat, mit Blick von den beiden Balkonen aufs Meer (von der Terrasse leider nicht), hat einen schönen Garten und einen tollen großen Pool. Es ist meistens angenehm ruhig, so dass man gut entspannen kann. Die Räume sind großzügig geschnitten. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist leider nicht besonders gut. Die Matratzen sind überwiegend durchgelegen, die Duschkabine im unteren Badezimmer lässt sich kaum öffnenund man muss befürchten, dass sie zusammenbricht. Manche Fliesen auf der Terrasse sind kaputt, es gab nur eine Auflage für die sechs Poolliegen, nur zwei Sitzkissen für die sechs Terrassenstühle und nur fünf Messer. Der Billardtisch lässt sich nicht verwenden, da die Kugeln immer wieder in die Mitte rollen, der Tischtennistisch ist nicht in perfektem Zustand, aber man kann ihn benutzen. Da wir nur zu zweit waren, konnten wir uns mit der Einrichtung arrangieren, mit mehr Personen dürfte das schwierig sein. Insgesamt ist es dringend notwendig, Zeit und Geld in das Haus zu investieren, was sich aufgrund seiner schönen Lage wirklich lohnen würde.
