This spacious and recently renovated villa offers all the comfort needed for an enjoyable stay.
Ideally located, the villa is just a short stroll from the magnificent Pereire beach, reputed to be one of the most beautiful in the region. With its vast expanse of sand, it offers the perfect setting in which to relax. A pedestrian and cycle path runs alongside the beach, ideal for strolling with family or friends, and there are also children's play areas for the younger guests to enjoy.

Ground Floor:
A hallway leads to a library-lounge with a piano and desk, as well as a second living room with a fireplace. The separate, fully-equipped kitchen adjoins the dining room, creating a welcoming space for meals. A guest WC is also available.

First Floor:
Two bedrooms with king-size beds share a bathroom with a bathtub. The master suite features a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. A separate WC is also located on this floor.

Second Floor:
This level includes a separate WC, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and an adjoining shower room, as well as a TV room. Another bathroom with a shower and an additional bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) complete this floor.

This villa offers an ideal setting to accommodate 8 to 10 people.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A 3000€ deposit will be required for the rental. Managed through the secure online service Swikly, this deposit is mandatory and must be made prior to your arrival.
The amount is neither blocked nor debited, and does not impact your credit card's usage limits.
Within 7 days of your departure, provided that the general terms and conditions are met and the property is returned in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.
