It's in a typical Arcachon U-shaped residence which has kept all its 70's furniture, in a vast and incredible hall, with private access to the beach, that you will be able to relax and spend, whatever the season, a romantic weekend, unforgettable vacations with a view on the Basin! Cocoonr Agency offers you this 30m² apartment located on the 1st floor with elevator from the parking lot where a parking space is assigned to you, essential in high season to really rest and discover our beautiful region. You are located at the level of the Pereire beach, 3km from the city center of Arcachon and 5km from the dune of Pyla. You will be welcomed on site by our team who will give you the keys and will inform you about everything there is to see and do in our beautiful region! Make yourself comfortable and enjoy your stay on the Bay of Arcachon!

The composition of the apartment :

- A beautiful living room with 2 bay windows overlooking the terrace of about 10 m² with view on the basin which is located just after the garden of the residence
- Living room with sofa bed (double sliding partition separates the sofa bed 160/200 between the 2 bay windows to give a privacy of room), dining table. Another bed is on the other side of the living room, and for even more intimity, sliding doors on each side of the room. Sheets and towels of 4* hotel quality are provided, bath mats, dish towels.
Your beds will be made for your arrival.
- Kitchen area with induction cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. To start your stay, we provide you with some coffee capsules, different kinds of tea, sugar, washing machine and dishwasher tablets, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil, paper towels, toilet paper, shower gel

It is difficult to choose among the multitude of activities offered by the Arcachon Basin.
You can enjoy all its attractions, discover the spectacular district of the Ville d'Hiver with its superb fin de siècle houses, its park, its belvedere with an unobstructed view of the Basin. At noon, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the oyster ports of the Basin, the port of La Teste awaits you with its famous oyster shacks, or in Gujan, at the market of La Teste of course or in Arcachon (bring a container if you wish to have them opened, and don't go too late for this request), and then go and conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla If you feel like taking to the sea, regular boat shuttles from the Thiers pier to Cap Ferret, the Bird Island, the famous cabanes tchanquées. Departure of the shuttles in summer on the Moulleau pier (ask for the tide times...). The arguin bank, transparent water, paradise on earth ! Descent of the Leyre, in the ornithological park of Teich, choose to be accompanied by a guide, or alone with your kayak. Numerous cycle tracks will take you to Arcachon and on the other side to the Pyla dune.

bel emplacement mais la propreté est à revoir

Le logement est conforme à l'annonce: il est bien placé, la place de parking est un avantage non négligeable par contre nous avons été très déçus par la qualité de la prestation ménage: En effet, présence de poil d'animaux sur le canapé, moisissure, poils et cheveux sur le rideaux de douche (en racheter un ne couterait pas plus de 10e. Le lit était mal fait.. Vraiment dommage car cela pourrait être une pépite!
