You're just 3 km from the centre of Arcachon, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, a bakery and the finest fishmonger's on the Bassin!
Bed linen and towels of 4* hotel quality are provided, as well as bath mats and tea towels. Your bed will be made for your arrival.

L'épopée is located close to all the shops, restaurants and mini-markets in the Aiguillon district, 10 km from the Dune du Pilat and 3 km from Arcachon town centre. Nestling between the Autumn Town of Arcachon and La Teste-de-Buch, the Aiguillon district attracts visitors for its authenticity. From the church of Saint-Ferdinand to the colourful fishermen's huts on the Pointe de l'Aiguillon, via the harbour, discover the many viewpoints of the site. This lively shopping district can be visited on foot or by bike. It also has a large number of "nice little restaurants within easy reach", according to many tourists. And if you like oysters, a lunch break is a must at the only shack in the area, the Cabane de l'Aiguillon, located at the end of boulevard Pierre Loti, or at the port of La Teste, Gujan and all the others!

Make the most of all its attractions, and set off to discover the spectacular Ville d'Hiver district, with its superb turn-of-the-century houses, its park and its belvedere with an unbeatable view over the Basin! The little train opposite the Arcachon tourist office will give you plenty of ideas of things to discover and a great overview. At lunchtime, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the oyster ports on the Bassin, the port of La Teste is waiting for you, or Gujan, or the market in Arcachon or La Teste (bring a container if you want them opened, and don't go too late for this request), then set off to conquer the majestic Dune du Pilat! If you fancy taking to the open sea, there are regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty to Cap Ferret, Ile aux oiseaux and the famous cabanes tchanquées! The Banc d'Arguin, transparent water, paradise on earth! A trip down the Leyre to the ornithological park at Le Teich, where you can choose to be accompanied by a guide or paddle alone in your kayak - it's sublime!
