"Wunderschönes uriges Hotel im typischen bayrischen Stil gehalten . Pool war angenehm und bei einer unglaublichen Aussicht konnte man die Seele baumeln lassen. Das Frühstück war essenziell gehalten , aber mit lokalen und hochwertigen Zutaten. Der Service war toll und wir haben uns erholen können . Klare Buchungsempfehlung."

"The place is a maze. I travel a lot and this is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in . After cycling 100km that day we arrived to a room with no air conditioning and the outside temperature was 33 degrees. Inside the room it was a scorching 31 degrees. Front desk said there was nothing they could do and it took 2 hours to get fans, which they reluctantly provided us. Some time after making the reservation I called to ask how to check-in given that it said there is no front desk and I didn't receive any instructions. I was told in German they are fully booked, despite having a confirmed reservation (and the hotels.com website having several rooms there). I asked how can it be and was told that if I want to speak with someone in English I should call again in 0.5-1 hours. I called more than...
