Seascape Resort Ocean View Studio-Amazing View!

Summary:
Gorgeous pool & ocean views from the private balcony-a perfect place to take in the sunset! This stunning unit is tastefully decorated and comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests. Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean! Stroll on the path across the bluffs or down to the beach. Easy access to the main lodge where you will find 1 of 3 pools & Sanderlings Restaurant. Convenient parking just outside (w/easy access to the elevator)!

The Space:
This spacious studio offers all the luxuries of a house including an open kitchenette with stove top, microwave, mini-fridge, dishwasher, toaster & Keurig coffee maker. A large dining table, comfortable seating oversized chairs that double as sleepers and a large comfortable bed looking out to your private patio with the most breathtaking views of the ocean, tree lined bluff, lover's point overlook, and the main lodge pool below. Keep your slider open and listen to the ocean waves from afar! If work is necessary, then you can do it from the desk situated just next to the patio door. Wifi is provided and along with cable there is a large Roku TV available for your streaming pleasure. The remodeled bathroom includes a step in shower/tub, vanity sink with makeup mirror and a separate John for privacy. The large closet and deep drawers on the nightstands and under the bed allow you to unpack and settle in!

Guest Access:
PROPERTY ACCESS: The property has an electronic door lock that is accessible anytime during stay. We will send out the check in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via your booking platform's app messaging system.

FREE AMENITIES: Use of pools (3) and jacuzzis (3); access with your guest code - we provide pool/beach towels in your unit. Use of beach and any open firepit (fires are allowed on the sand). Use of lobby round seating area at fireplace. Use of walking paths and overlook benches.
Use of the gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).

Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to staff operated golf carts, fitness facility, bonfire pit rentals and bike rentals are not available to private renters.

The Neighborhood:
Located just south of Santa Cruz off Highway 1, Seascape Beach Resort gorgeous accommodations overlooking the Monterey Bay.
The entire resort sits atop breathtaking bluffs overlooking the ocean and beaches below. The walking path in the center of the resort leads down to the beach.
On the resort you will find The Seascape Park, Numerous walking paths, The Sanderlings Restaurant and bar, 3 pools and spas, and a full gym (gym access with additional fee paid on-site).
Across the street from the resort you will find Seascape Village which offers restaurants, cafes and shops.
The PGA rated Seascape Golf Course is only 5 minutes from the resort.
In the Heart of Aptos just over three miles or 10 minutes drive away you will discover what happens when the redwoods meet the sea. This idyllic setting is perfect for mountain biking, hiking or exploring the historic village. In the village you will meet the lovely people of Aptos who love their town and it's visitors. Pick your favorite spot to start and your adventure begins-many will invite you to enjoy the happenings of the day throughout the town. There are so many things to do here including wine tasting, shopping, pub crawling, fine dining and so much more. Take a hike in the Forest of Nisene Marks State Park-it's magical!

Getting Around:
Complimentary parking is available outside the unit and throughout the resort property.
Note: This unit is located near the elevator for easy access and loading to and from your vehicle.
All on-site amenities are accessible by walking paths or if preferred by car.
To access the beach at Seascape there is a walking path next to the main lodge that leads down to the ocean where you will have beach access.
NOTE: the walk out is the same way back UP to the resort.
The Seascape Village is just across from the Resort and can be accessed by walking.
The quaint town of Aptos is just over three miles away-about a 10 minutes drive.
Capitola Village is about 8 miles away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. Shampoo and body wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills).

On Site Amenities: Sanderlings Restaurant and bar. Pools and hot tubs are accessible by using your guest code, pool/beach towels are provided to guests in the unit. Use of the full gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).

Seascape has outside video cameras in public spaces throughout the property.

NOTE: Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz county, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.
