My husband and I stayed here with our three 18-21 year old kids & labrador retriever and had a wonderful time. The constant sound of the waves crashing against the beach lulled us to sleep. It's a beautiful, pet friendly home and is just 15 minutes from the Santa Cruz Boardwalk and about 45 to the Monterey Bay aquarium.

The house was just as beautiful as the pictures. The kitchen was well appointed to prepare meals. The bedrooms were comfortable and accommodating. The location of the property was close enough to some eateries for an easy walk. This was by far the cleanest property we have stayed at in our 20 years of renting homes for the summer. The property management agency contacted use before the stay to ensure emails were received. It was overall an excellent experience. We would consider staying here again in the future.

This house will always be my preferred choice when renting in Aptos/Capitola. It’s well worth the price. House is super clean and the view of the ocean is perfect. Can’t ask for a better place to stay.

Beautiful home with beautiful views of Monterey Bay. Very quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach using the Beachgate path. Sheets on the bed in the primary bedroom did not fit the bed. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner.

This beautiful home is located in a neighborhood within walking distance to Seacliff State Beach. The views from the home are gorgeous. The home itself is nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. Our family had a very enjoyable stay and hope to visit again in the not too distant future.

We had a wonderful family vacation. A beautiful location with a lot of space to visit and play games. The property has anything you could possibly need. The view was amazing, the beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the extra bedding and pillows which allowed us to keep the windows open and listen to the ocean. This was very expensive with the resort fee charging me the cost of two additional nights yet we had to do cleaning and emptying trash and all beds were very uncomfortable to all guests. Not coming again. Price does not match experience especially since the ocean views were not million dollar and only upstairs not downstairs anywhere. PS I enjoyed the trash pandas but my dog was freaked out every night as they appeared looking for food.

House had nice views and we could hear the waves breaking below. Nice outdoor space with grass and deck. Also enjoyed the hot tub on second floor deck. Kitchen was minimally equipped. Example:only 3 dinner forks and 6 salad forks. Mattresses could use refreshing. 2 out of the 3 bedrooms have no closet for hanging clothes. Because of the unique open ceiling design, noise traveled between floors. Any noise in kitchen traveled to master bedroom and vice versa.
