Beach View Condo with Heated Pool at Seascape Beach Resort

ONE OF THE BEST BEACH AND OCEAN VIEW CONDOS AT SEASCAPE. This is a 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath, deluxe condo. and includes 2 private balconies with whitewater and beach views and beautiful sunsets. A well equipped kitchen, an electric BBQ, access to a heated swimming pool and spa, a resort bar and restaurant, and easy beach access. Golf, the fitness center and tennis are available at a reasonable cost. The Village includes a coffee shop, pizza parlor, Chinese restaurant, a grocery store, Mexican restaurant and more. The property is ONLY CLEANED BEFORE ARRIVAL AND AFTER DEPARTURE. There are no daily housekeeping services currently being provided. Contactless access to the condo eliminates the need to check-in at the front desk of the resort! Simply park your car in front of the condo; An access code will be provided allowing you access to the unit. The code will be sent to you with a “Welcome Guide” a few days prior to your arrival. We provide hand soap, dish soap, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. In addition, we provide complimentary personal soaps and shampoos; Beach towels are also provided, as are beach chairs. Please don't forget to bring your own sun screen. AIRBNB and VRBO guests are considered “owner's guests” with free access to the North Bluff pool and jacuzzi. However, Bonfire usage and golf cart services are no longer being provided to AirBNB/VRBO guests. Have questions? We are accessible through this app, text, voice, and in person when necessary.

Appreciate the kindness and communication from the host navigating the check-in process of the property and follow up questions. Great location and the property is well maintained, comfortable like home for a family with kids. My kids 7 and 11 were tickled to find the beach toys, buckets and chairs in the closet. Well stocked kitchenware for simple meals and comfortable beds. We are definitely keeping this dreamy property saved for another family getaway. Worth the value to spend time and make unforgettable memories.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was as described, had an incredible view, and was stocked with everything we needed. The temperature was chilly but our kids could still play happily in the heated pool. I had a few follow up questions and they were answered very promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

Beach View is by far one of THE BEST vacation rentals we have stayed in and we’ve stayed in MANY! The condo is exactly as described and more!! Beautifully decorated with everything you could need in a vacation home. The owners are EXTREMELY friendly, helpful and leave little personal touches throughout. I highly recommend this unit and intend to stay again and again! Thank you for a great girls trip!

We had a lovely time in Seascape. John and Lisa knew of all the right touches to make our experience that much better. They had a welcome bottle of wine, water, and snacks available when we arrived-extremely thoughtful!!! Our unit was clean and well-appointed and our sleeping arrangements very comfortable!! We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach View Condo! It was exactly as described and just a perfect place to relax. It's very close to the beach and the pool/hot tub. The beach and the pool area were not crowded. The condo is very clean and has everything you'll want for your vacation. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and the washer/dryer was great for tossing our suits in at the end of the day in order to be ready for the next day's adventure. We would give this place 10/5 stars if that were an option!

Love the details

This place was everything I was looking for! The master bedroom opens up to the ocean, and you are protected from the breeze. To the right of the property there is a trail to take you to the beach, takes about 7 minutes 1 way. The beds were super comfortable, loved the fire place, loved the bottle of wine! Communication was awesome. Definitely will stay here again.

Peaceful Stay

The condo was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated it offered a very quiet private stay. The balcony’s over looking the ocean offered beautiful sunsets and even a few visits from some cute deer on the lawn. Stunning Location

This condo is absolutely gorgeous. The view was incredible and the location (right next to the steps to the beach) was perfect. The condo had everything we needed, beach chairs, sand toys, towels, coloring books, and a welcome bottle of wine. My interactions with Lisa were like speaking with a good friend. She was wonderful and made me feel at home. I will definitely be back!

Best VRBO stay yet

We really loved this rental. The owner John is very considerate. I was renting here because of a funeral and asked John for a later check out and he was able to give it to me! No problem. I loved all the nice little touches. For example, cozy blankets by the fireplace and there were to go cups for your coffee in case you want to take it on the beach. Loved the little snacks and wine. Also, the place is beautiful - would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The size, view and updated decor were all so great:) We were attending a wedding at Seascape and were so grateful to be able to have what we needed, a calm place, comforts of home, access to beach. Only downsides so tiny, hardly worth a mention (auto on lights in bathroom annoying, no ice maker). Extremely well-done - hope we can come back:)

Wonderful Beach View Condo!

Two couples had a great time at this gorgeous two-bedroom condo. It was even more spacious than the pictures displayed. Everything was spotless! It was nice having two good sized bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The extra half bath downstairs was a plus. We were celebrating our birthdays and the bottle of wine was really appreciated. We enjoyed easy access to The Forest of Nisene Marks State Park for a hike. The town of Aptos is close by with some good restaurants (Cafe Sparrow and Mentone). Best of all, the ocean views were great! I highly recommend this condo for a get-away.
