Sleeps 4 - Linen provided.

Bay & Relax is a newly built modern apartment and has everything you need for a coastal getaway. Located on the Great Ocean Road you'll be comfortable and close to everything. A short 5 minute walk to the shops of Apollo Bay and simply cross the road to find yourself at the beach!

Rest your body on the balcony and take in the sea-breeze, allowing the magic of the ocean retreat to rest your mind, body and soul.

This property features:

Upper level
Open kitchen, dining and lounge area with fully self-contained kitchen, balcony with electric BBQ, reverse cycle heating, 4 person dining table and couches, TV and a bedroom with queen bed with ocean views, reverse cycle A/C, views and ensuite bathroom.

Lower level
Master bedroom with queen bed and reverse cycle A/C, an ensuite bathroom featuring luxury deep bath and separate shower, compact laundry with washing machine and dryer, garage access with parking for 1 car and a fenced outdoor area.

Great location!

Bay and Relax is in a great spot! Close to the shops and just across the road from the beach. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Delivered all it advertised

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay everything was well thought out loved that our dog was catered for with special cover for couch she loved her stay it was nice that everything was there for us to use, as we stayed a week maybe a couple of extra bath towels would be handy but that was only a minor thing We had a very relaxing time and having the beach so close was great we would certainly stay here again and recommend to friends (except when we want to stay 😂)

Great location but…..

Toe nails (not ours) on the bedroom floor upon check in was very difficult to come back from. Considering the house rules were very lengthy and quite strict to see toe nails on the carpet was revolting. Great location opposite the beach and a short walk into town. Living area is very small and couches were uncomfortable. Not an issue in the warmer months but on a rainy day a comfy and normal sized couch would come in very handy. Bedrooms ok from a Comfort level and bathrooms very nice. Heating good. Interaction with property manager was good and lady was very helpful on check out.

Close to perfect

A lovely property - very clean with everything we needed as far as linen, towels, kitchen & bathroom items. There was also a tv in the main bedroom which was a nice surprise. It was virtually across the road from the beach and a short walk to the shops, cafes & restaurants. There was a fairly steep staircase to the main living area wich perhaps should be mentioned. We are on the wrong side of 60 & have a small oldish dog & we all found the stairs a bity "trying". Also the actual living area is quite small so it might be a bit squeezy for 4 adults. Apart from that we had a delightful time,

Modern and clean

The property was clean and modern, appliances new. Easy walk to town, across the road from the beach. There are some building works still ongoing on some of the other units on the property, but we never heard any noise of any description.

We were after family friendly pet friendly accommodation- this home ticked all of the boxes for us. Very well presented, neat and tidy. Walking distance to town which was brilliant!! Great communication with property manager. Definitely recommend to others.
