The open bedroom in this generous apartment seamlessly blend with the living room to create a spectacular sense of space.
This accommodation is spacious and romantic, great for couples and small families, and have amazing views towards Secret Resort Gardens.
One-Bedroom with Loft is a two-level unit. This room feature one full-size bed in the upstairs loft with a full bathroom, while the main floor consists a full-size sofa-bed in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, half bathroom, wine cellar, laundry and spectacular private balcony.
This unit is approximately 750 sq ft and is located at the second floor of the Building.

Favorite spot

We have been coming to Saint Martin for 20 years. This is by far… my most favorite stay. Anse Marcel is charming, and this property was exquisite. Excellent for a couple or small family.

la maison est bien rangée et meublée avec goût, quelques problèmes dus à des coupures d'eau fréquentes, mais pas la faute du propriétaire, la propreté pourrait être améliorée, mais dans l'ensemble un bon séjour.Recommandé.

Peaceful side of the island

I usually stay on the Dutch side of island for work but decided to try the French side. Glad I did. Less congestion and more peaceful. Condo was updated, clean and had everything I needed. There are restaurants, shops and a store with all the essentials you may need downstairs. There is a USB and USBC port in kitchen but if you want to charge or plug up anything you brought, bring an international plug adapter. Will definitely stay again.

Duplex/Studio w/ Loft Bedroom/ 1 1/4 Bath

Nice apartment..We had a bit of a rocky start getting into the unit with the code, not knowing were to park or unload, and having no running water in the apartment. That night the water returned to the area and our stay improved. There is a steep set of stairs inside the apt, but no rails to hold onto. Otherwise the apartment is clean and furnished in a comfortable modern way. Nice view from the shaded outdoor area with indoor air conditioning. Nice to have a washer/dryer. We personally didn't mind staying above the Italian Restaurant and Laundromat. Parking is behind the mall between the marina and the Blue Sail Hotel Restaurant/Bar. A short walk to the Anse Marcel Beach is a plus. We love Anse Marcel!

Parfait,on ne pouvait demander mieux.

Idéalement situé au coeur d'Anse Marcel,dans le domaine Les Acacias juste en face du nouveau Hyatt Secrets avec leurs jardins et palmiers qui nous recevait de la grande table dans la pièce à l'extérieur du condo tenant lieu de terrasse également(fantastique). Coté cuisine,tout y était,deux machines Nespresso(classique et virtuoso)dont vous pouvez acheter les capsules chez Bacchus. Internet,Netflix et Prime video impeccable. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter et nous voulons remercier notre hôte de nous avoir permis de passer un super séjour. Frédérique et Francesco

Convenient Location, Clean Modern Property

Great home-base in Anse Marcel. Perfect for a couple or small family. Unit and bedroom and very comfortable and modern, which enjoyed. Apartment is up a flight of stairs and bedroom is in a loft up a steep narrow set of stairs. Those who are mobility challenged may find the location and interior loft access challenging. Owner was polite, helpful, and very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location and property

My 10 year old daughter and I escaped the cold Minneapolis weather and enjoyed this beautiful location and property in a premiere hidden gem on Saint Martin. Bill was wonderful at communicating, especially when we requested a last minute booking and extension. The property has everything you could possibly need inside, plus the convenience of a small supermarket and lovely Italian restaurant below. The pristine and private Anse Marcel Beach is only a few minutes walk away through a convenient walking path. It was very easy to reserve chairs via the Anse Marcel Beach restaurant daily and we enjoyed getting to know the staff during our stay. The design and layout of the rental is very well done. Plenty of outdoor space on the patio overlooking the garden, but also the ability to shut out the noises below at night. We hope to return. I would highly recommend this beautiful property!
