Maison Paul & Romy l'Horloge is the place for your vacation in Annecy. The 4 stars apartment on the 2nd floor above street level sleeps four in two double bedrooms and is newly renovated to a very high standard, with a cautious mix of contemporary design and antique.
Strong personality is offered through designers furniture and decoration. This Maison is more than 80m2, part of a house from the 16th century and right in the heart of the old town where everything you look for vacation is just there.
Both bedrooms (king size and queen size beds) are quiet and very comfortable with 5 * bedding. Both of them have a separate modern bathroom with big showers. The living room has the view on the famous place and street saint claire.
Maison Paul & Romy has been conceived as an authentic place to ensure the best vacation ever. The location is one of the key element in this fantastic Annecy city full of history, amazing restaurants, boutique shopping, watersports, mountain activities, walks around the lake and canals, visits of the castle and the 12th century Palais de l'Île and of the street markets.
The apartment is offering a big flat-screen TV (42 inch) in the living room, music (Sonos player), and free WiFi.
NOTE: The price includes WiFi, linen, and towels. Note the train station is only a few minutes walk from the apartment. And a car park is located 200 meters away from the apartment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher machine, fridge, Nespresso-machine, a washing machine and tumble drier with iron and iron table. Apartment equipped with a hairdryer.
We provide duvets / pillows, bedsheets and towels included in the cleaning fee. Beds are being prepared for you on your check-in.
Check-in starts at 4 pm and check-out end at 10 am. For cleaning planning and logistics, this is important that you respect these.
