Beautiful contemporary wooden villa with view of Lake Annecy and the mountains (Aravis, Parmelan), in a quiet area. Our house was designed in a practical and ecological spirit.
House on 3 levels with heated outdoor pool, its terrace and its grassy area for playing (badmington, volleyball, etc.) and pingpong.
Direct access to the forest for walks, jogging or mountain biking.
Ground floor: large single room of 95 m2 with kitchen, pantry, dining room, living room, TV corner and WC.
On the 1st floor: 1 parental suite with bathroom and WC, 3 bedrooms (all provided with a shower corner + sink), another WC, an office space with a small mezzanine fitted out with a reading corner. All rooms have a mezzanine, and open onto a balcony terrace overlooking the panorama.
In the basement: a large guest bedroom with its own shower and sink + WC.

Our house was built in 2009 and it is a very peaceful and quiet modern wooden house, with a great view over the lake and the surrounding mountains.
On the main floor there is a unique room with an open kitchen + a dining room separated by a large fire place from the living + TV room (+ WC).
On the first floor, there are one parent room (the biggest one) with a king size bed + bathroom & WC, 3 bedrooms with a double bed and each its shower, and 1 more WC. All the rooms have a large window door opening to the terrace balcony and the lake view.
On the basement, one last guest room with shower. A washing and dryer machines are also available newt door.
Outside, a big garden with swimming pool and a direct access to the forest (mountain bike, jogging, hiking).
