Ben Nevis charming studio in the heart of the lively life of the Pré Carré

This apartment can accommodate 2 people, with its sofa bed in the living room. Its location in a very trendy district of Pré Carré (restaurants ground floor) and rue Vaugelas, a stone's throw from the lake, makes it a popular address for travelers.

The sofa bed offers a high quality bedding in 140x190 (Double).
The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, wifi, and all the necessary equipment for a good stay such as a Senseo coffee machine, a kettle, equipped kitchen for two people with microwave oven etc
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and the toilets are separate.

⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information.

Household linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.

You can enjoy the proximity of bars and restaurants after a beautiful day at the lake or in the mountains. ; you can move around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 3 minute walk away. Bicycle rental nearby (a superb cycle path goes all around the lake).


The apartment is located in a shopping street. Parking is possible in the paying and secure underground car park in Bonlieu (about €11 for 24 hours) 4 minutes away on foot.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., independently thanks to a key box, instructions will be sent to you the day before your stay by email.

If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be happy to welcome you before 4 p.m. This can only be confirmed to you on the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late departure will be allowed if the accommodation is not taken over the same evening.
The morning of your departure, please remember to put the clean dishes back in the cupboards, put your bed linen and towels on the floor and empty your garbage cans in the room under the stairs of the main entrance.
