We had a wonderful stay here. The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a dedicated parking spot, but we just parked at the street by the property since it’s easier and safe. Walking distance to the stadium and also just a few mins drive to the downtown area. It’s at a perfect location. Rooms are very clean! The host is friendly and responsive too. We definitely recommend here and will visit this beautiful town and book here again.

Great stay for the holiday with my kids! Close to the Yard and plenty of space and kitchen was super helpful with extra items to help cook our holiday meal.

Very clean, walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants. Parking in back of house, or can do street parking which there were spots available, check in/out very easy!

What an adorable place and the location was so incredibly convenient to USNA and downtown Annapolis. Pros: 100% of everything! There were three queen beds that were so comfy you just melted into them after a long day exploring, the place was super clean and welcoming, plenty of towel and extra bedding, cute little backyard gas fire pit to end the day, checkin/checkout process always a breeze, hosts were super responsive in messaging. Looking forward to staying there again!

We had a lovely stay at Alicia's property! The house was better than the images showed-- there is a futon in a separate room on the ground floor and the main living area couch also appears to pull out. There is also a large backyard not pictured. The area was lovely to walk around in and very convenient and the house had most everything we needed to cook meals. Would recommend!

We had a great time in Annapolis and enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house! Short walk to the naval academy, football stadium, and house was immaculate and well stocked with everything we needed. Thank you for making our stay special!

Such a sweet little house and a perfect location

We absolutely loved our stay. The location is perfect… Walking distance to town, and a number of great little restaurants and shops right around the corner. The house had everything we needed and we could not have had a better weekend in Annapolis! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us… We enjoyed every single second at this charming home.

Perfect spot for USNA drop off

This was a perfect spot for our family of six to stay for our daughter's USNA drop off, especially because it enabled us to walk in and out of Gate 8. Really efficient use of space. Plenty of space for us to make and eat dinner. We loved evening walks in the neighborhood and getting really good ice cream right around the corner.
