Be our guest at Historic 19 East Street, in the heart of the Annapolis national landmark district. Walk out the front door, look left and see the iconic Maryland State House, look right and you're less than a block from Gate One of the United States Naval Academy. St. John's College, St. Mary's, City Dock, William Paca Gardens, and Main Street are all within three blocks. Everything Historic Annapolis has to offer, from boating to restaurants to shopping to Naval Academy traditions, is yours to enjoy!

Historic 19 East is the perfect location for weddings, USNA events, regattas or just a quiet getaway. The interior of this exceptionally restored 115 year old home is perfectly updated, light, friendly, and beyond comfortable with hard wood floors throughout, a large flat screen 4K TV in the living room. Gather around our large dining room table for family meals, or enjoy the very large, privately fenced bricked patio for a cook-out, brunch or cocktail after a full day of exploring the town. If you don't feel like cooking order take-out or stroll to one of the many renowned local eateries. The coffee maker is a Keurig for ease of making single cups. Our home comfortably sleeps 6 (two queens, one full, one twin) and is perfect for a family gathering, weekend getaway or a reunion among friends. It is a wonderful property in a fantastic location and we look forward to you being our guest. LIMITED PARKING: In order to help residents and visitors navigate parking downtown, a website www.AccessAnnapolis.com was created to serve as a hub for parking and transit information to help residents, businesses, employees, customers, and visitors plan their visit to downtown Annapolis. You may find more options by googling Annapolis Parking.
Once you park your car you will be set on foot to explore all that Annapolis has to offer.

USING PARK MOBILE:
Non-residents are encouraged to download the ParkMobile app (Android/Apple). After the app has been downloaded, add your vehicle tag, payment method and allow
“location enabled services” to automatically determine ParkMobile parking zone data. Parking can also be paid by texting “PARK” to 77223.

Would give more stars if we could!!! Every interaction before, during and after was the ultimate professional interaction. Literally all details were thought of and taken care of prior to our arrival. This property was clean, well laid out, and 'turn key' ready so we could focus on time with our midshipmen. Excellent stay here and beyond perfect!

Phenomenally-accurate description in the listing. In addition to all of that, some nuanced things that we enjoyed were the very large dining room table and the very generous lounging spots on the couches and chairs. We were three adults in for one of the boat shows; so we perhaps take up less room than a family of 5 but we had suitcases full of gear and we brought more trinkets back every day from the show, and had 3 laptops out all working at various times, and there was plenty of room for all 3 of us to spread out and work on computers and review collateral from the boat show and watch TV and eat and generally relax without any of us needing to retreat to a bedroom. That part was great!The laundry in the place is VERY handy! It's on the middle floor, so quite quick for everyone to use. The bathrooms were nicely done, and there is extra soap, shampoo, towels, etc, in the flat; so if you take 3 or 4 showers a day - between wake-up, event #1, event #2, nighttime grime - you won't run out of shower stuff.Communication was great. We received the WiFi code and door code well before we arrived, as well as the owner contact and a local housekeeper contact. Anything and anyone we might have needed was easy to reach. Steps from USNA.The kitchen was great. All the necessary kit. It's a smaller kitchen but it's a happy trade for the larger dining and lounging areas. The TV is connected with all the popular streaming services. I'm out of space. The booking is 5 stars!

This home really is the perfect location in Annapolis. Great size and bed setup for couples or friends travel. We were a group of 3 friends and we loved our stay, would happily come back for another girls trip. It’s right in the heart of everything. We parked and walked everywhere - shopping, dinner, the harbor and the Naval Academy. The house was clean, communication with the host was easy and it had a ton of charm. Parking could have been challenging but there were very easy to follow instructions provided by the host. Highly recommend!

Excellent home for Five Days

We found this townhouse to be perfectly located and very comfortable for our family of five, including a four month old. Plenty of kitchen and bathroom supplies were available, all we needed for our stay. The Naval Academy, waterfront, shops were all close by. Communication with Scott, Lisa nd Carrie was excellent. And we found overnight parking at the Hillman Garage to be convenient, as long as we left for a few hours each day. We would gladly return again.

Quiet and convenient

A very comfortable and quiet stay in the heart of Annapolis. Checking in was simple and hassle-free. Steps to USNA, Ego Alley, and shops on Maryland Ave. Parked at the public garage just off Main St, no issues and only a few minutes away by foot.

Excellent location

The house was very nice, well kept and in a GREAT location. Parking is a bear in Annapolis and the available parking is not really close to the house. If you are flying into BWi, I highly recommend a car service. The location of the house is within walking distance of everything. We really enjoyed this rental!!!

Loved this place

Adorable, well-appointed place in the heart of Annapolis. Awesome neighborhood just the right distance from the crowded more touristy areas (yet quite walkable to all!) Great for three couples for the weekend. Easy in and out with a nearby (free on weekend) parking deck that felt like a way better bet than street parking. We loved it.

Historic home in the heart of Annapolis

Lovely home steps from the naval academy. More than enough room for our family of 4. There was a storm the night before we arrived that resulted in a partial power outage. Once we notified them, both the owner and property manager responded promptly and were very accommodating. The rest of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend for the historic Annapolis experience!

Great Stay- Awesome Location

Wonderful stay. The home had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Can't beat the location and with 2.5 nice bathrooms and 4 beds everyone was comfortable. Wonderful to have the washer and dryer. Host was very easy to communicate with. It is an old historic house so the stairway is steep if anyone in your party has mobility issues.
