Check in and check out was a breeze, the space was clean and comfortable and the amenities were great!

No one told us the Summit was under renovation. Noisy construction. One pool closed off, temporary balcony rails. Other owners contacted potential renters and told them not to come or refunded their money. Guess this owner needed the money more than being a responsible host.

We had a great experience with the rental property. The location was perfect and having the pool provided a nice place to relax when we weren’t at the beach.

Great little spot!

Perfect spot for 2 people. Many shops and places to eat are close by. The bayside is a block away but the gulf side is a 10 minute walk. Rent a bike and have some fun here!

An amazing experience

This was an awesome place!! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The pool is smaller than the pictures but it was still super cute. All of the other guests were also so friendly and it truly felt like a little island community paradise. The free laundry is an amazing add on too.

Great location! Centrally located! Great communication. Very nice little place, well kept for the most part. Didn't give a 5 star just because of the mattress. Main bed could use a new mattress.

Not suited for more than 2 people.

No coffee, foldout sleeper not suitable for sleeping on, no pillows for sleeper, shower ok except for the lack of ability to drain while showering, hence standing in a lake. Other than these issues the location was great.
