Welcome to Beachview Retreat on Anna Maria! This conveniently located cottage is just steps away from white sandy, Gulf Beaches! The property completed a full interior and exterior renovation in December of 2022. Beachview Retreat has been decorated with a coastal theme throughout the home. The main floor houses 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 11 guests. On the top floor you will find the kitchen, living room, dining room, and a half bath. Take in the beautiful gulf views from the upper balcony while you enjoy a cocktail and enjoy the beautiful AMI sunsets. The property is easily accessible by all with an elevator that accesses all three levels of the property. The open concept living area provides plenty of space for your entire group! Beachview Retreat offers an abundance of space to take in the beautiful Florida weather with large balconies on the main and upper floors. The ground level outdoor space includes outdoor dining with a TV, lounge seating, a ping pong table, and a propane grill. Easily walk or ride bikes to Pine Avenue for plenty of shopping and delicious eats! Enjoy use of the FREE Anna Maria Trolley with stops located within a 3 minute walk of your front door!

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

Beautiful and clean house situated in an excellent location within steps to the beach and restaurants. The house was spacious, comfortable and decorated very tastefully. Communication with management was very easy; one morning after a storm, the elevator stopped working and it was fixed and taken care by the time we returned from the beach. Beachview Retreat is a lovely home and I would definitely recommend

Right next to the beach!!

This property was exactly where you want to be! Walking steps to the beach, eateries and so much more. I rented a golf cart and didn’t need it because everything was in walking distance. The house was a great set up for my family as well. Bedrooms were very spacious and the double bunk bed room was just fantastic for the kids to hang out. Kids was great can’t say enough about having a gas stove was a nice bonus! Downside was really just I wish they had a pool. Location to the beach eased this for sure but would be a great had for them.

Fabulously convenient, very clean, beautiful sunsets

We were pleasantly surprised to be so close to the beach. The house smelled wonderfully clean when we entered. The interior set up is excellent and convenient for having meals together while giving everyone their own space. The pictures and description were great, except that the third floor deck overlooks the bait store’s rear of the property and the Sandbar’s parking lot. It was neat and tidy but just unexpected. I did contact the host because the hot tub quit working and did not receive a reply until the next day when I tried to call and message them again because the elevator also stopped working. I would have liked a quicker response and to have someone available to answer the phones outside of normal business hours for non-emergency but urgent matters. Overall the property was great and we will cherish our memories there.

Beautiful Beach House

This is a beautiful newly updated 3 story house and it had an elevator. Steps from the beach, easy parking, nice hot tub and convenient to everything. We had 2 families of 4 and it was perfect

Anna Maria Island near Sandbar and Beach

Great location !!! Terrible chairs in kitchen and on deck . Beach umbrella coming apart. No soap in dispensers, instead tiny bars of soap for sink anshowers. Ice maker not working in fridge. Bought ice and it started to melt . Great location but a few small problems if corrected would have made our stay fantastic.

Surprised in a good way

This place was even better than we expected! So well designed and decorated! Loved the outside areas also. Great location, walkable to so many restaurants. You can also hear the ocean from the balcony while you are enjoying the view!!

Amazing AMI DESTINATION

The most Gorgeous house, beautufully decorated , clean , Comfortable and even had an elevator. Literally, about 100 steps to a beautiful beach. Amazing Sunsets , close to everything. Free Trolley to explore the island perfect for our vacation

Great Property and location- perfect for beach lovers!

We loved staying in this property!! It was perfect for our annual girls trip of 6. So close to the beach, restaurants, convenience store and rental options. The home decor was beachy & fun. There was beach towels and chairs, a cute outdoor area on the ground level and decks with views of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked with updated items. We did have trouble with the upper level air conditioning unit, however the management responded as soon as they received the message. There were ants in various areas of the house, again they sprayed immediately and it alleviated the problem. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and the bathrooms spacious. A few times it was a bit noisy as delivery trucks and daily garbage trucks serviced the nearby Sand Bar restaurant but didn't really bother our group. Overall it was a great property & we really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful, well equipped and in a great location!

Our stay was amazing. This is our 5th summer in Anna Maria and this house is in an awesome location. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping and steps from the beach on our favorite part of the island. House was well-equipped - kitchen, beach supplies, etc.

I wish we had stayed longer!

The property was in a great location— minutes from the Sandbar and the beach. It was very well apportioned with high end appliances and finishes. My family was able to relax comfortably. The only problem was entirely our own— we didn’t stay long enough.

Perfect Location

Let me start with the location of the property. You are steps away from the beach, the best beach bar & restaurant and the Pine Street strip of restaurants and stores. The set up of the home with the upper level kitchen/great room and deck looking over the ocean was amazing. Very clean completely rennovated home was amazing. I'll be back again for sure.

Linda casa muy bien ubicada

Muy linda casa, a pasos de la playa como también del comercio. Lo único que le falta es una piscina, el espacio da para una, aunque sea pequeña. Los muebles del exterior junto a la parrilla estaban muy sucios.
