My mom and I recently stayed at this listing for a beach trip. Location was absolutely amazing. We were able to walk to the beach and that was very important to us. The place was clean and looked like to pictures. The listing is a bit misleading. It isn't clear to potential guests that the home is a duplex and will share a wall and a screened in front porch with another guest. I sent the host a message asking whether we should be aware of another group staying right next door. I shared we didn't want to be caught off guard or startled if they arrive late (it was just my mom and I staying). They didn't respond until after we left. I checked my messages repeatedly. The other guests did in fact show up in the middle of the night on our second evening. Definitely startling for two women staying alone. In addition, the handbook/information book for check in/out was incorrect and confusing. The book mentioned a pool and a dishwasher for us to load our dirty dishes at the end of our stay. We did not have either of these amenities at our location. Again, the location was great for us but the other things definitely need attention.
