From the gated entrance the floorplan opens into a large living area bathed in natural light, tiled flooring, large Smart TV, games, and books to keep all entertained. The lower level also houses two spacious bedrooms, each with ducted air conditioning and built in robes, these bedrooms share a suitably luxurious and spacious bathroom with a shower over the bath, single vanity, and toilet. The internal laundry is also located downstairs and provides a top loader washing machine, dryer and second fridge.

Upstairs will take you to the living area and 2 bedrooms, the huge master suite has been cleverly designed for relaxation and comfort, complete with a Queen bed, ducted air conditioning, ceiling fan, ensuite, walk-in wardrobe ad balcony access. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
