  • Este apartamento está situado como la mitad inferior de un dúplex de dos pisos. Recientemente remodelado, incluidos todos los baños nuevos, encimera de granito en la cocina y todos los pisos de madera o baldosas. Smart TV en las habitaciones y Smart TV con cable en la sala de estar. Todo lo que necesita para preparar comidas, y cerca de muchos restaurantes si prefiere no hacerlo. Justo al lado de una cafetería! Un minuto a pie hasta la parada de autobús. A solo 5 minutos en coche del centro de la ciudad ya 8 minutos en coche de la Casa Grande.

Wonderful property: clean, spacious, comfortable. Great location: convenient to shops and downtown. The neighborhood was just wonderful for walking my dog - she LOVED it!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Jeff and Diane were very communicative and accommodating. They went above and beyond to help us in any way, including when a storm came through and our power went out. They made sure we were well taken care of and helped find a solution quickly. We truly appreciated their kindness and willingness to make our week-long stay there as comfortable and easy as possible.

Easy access off i94 at Jackson st. Next exit is the Big House and University exit. Also located next to a Kroger store and Zingerman’s Roadhouse restaurant, a little pricey, but order smart and it will be worth it. Right next door is a middle eastern coffee house which seems all the rage today. Good breakfast items and yummy coffee. Good parking, nice mud room with washer and dryer. Stayed 17 nights, very good for the longer stays.

The property was in fact very cute and bright. The bed was super comfortable and all the necessary info was very visible.

This accommodation was great. We were a group of three humans and one dog; it was very comfortable for all. Parking was off the street and easily accessed. Plenty of places nearby to get groceries or eat out. The host left out menus and local info, and even a gift card to cover a coffee at the cafe right next door.The place was well stocked with things you would want on hand, and things you might not expect yet find useful!

Great VRBO!

This our " go to" VRBO everytime we go Ann Arbor. Love the location, its very close to our daughter's house. Never disappoints, always clean, owners are awesome!

Great Rental in a Great Location. I have monthly out patient procedures, at U of M, and this property is Perfect. I can rest, when need be..great location, if my sisteer & i want to go exploring...i shall definitely stay again!

A great return stay!

Having been very impressed on our first stay earlier this year, it was a no-brainer to stay here again when we came into town. It is consistently clean, well equipped and convenient for our family!

Great stay!

The rental was in a convenient location, very clean, stocked with essentials, well decorated! The hosts were excellent and even mailed me some items I left behind! Definitely an excellent choice for any visit to Ann Arbor!

Cozy Duplex

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the well stocked kitchen and comfortable rooms. It is a short walk to the park and pond. We would certainly come back the next time our travels take us to Ann Arbor.

Great stay in Ann Arbor

We needed to be in our former home town of Ann Arbor for a few days. This place was perfect. Conveniently located in a great part of town. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed.

This was our second stay at Jeff and Diane apartment. As with first stay, everything was perfect for us. Very clean, kitchen well appointed, comfortable beds, ample space, household and personal supplies abundant. Location so convenient to everything that is Ann Arbor. Yay!

Wonderful VRBO

There were three adults who stayed at this VRBO that was located in a great spot near Ann Arbor, MI. It was comfortable and had everything that one would need. We would stay there again.
