"Loved the location and the classiness of the main hotel. Unfortunately, we booked a room in the adjacent "Wing" structure. The room was very nice, but it was a direct outside access room and the temperatures were in the single digits that night so it was extremely cold in the room, even with the heater turned up. I would stay there again, just in the main hotel."

"I recently stayed at the Durango Lodge and while I appreciated that they are pet-friendly and allowed me to bring my dog, my overall experience was disappointing. The room was not very clean upon arrival, which immediately made the stay uncomfortable. On top of that, the air conditioner did not work properly, leaving the room extremely hot and difficult to relax in. There was also ongoing construction right next door, and the noise was incredibly loud—even with the windows shut and the blinds...

"Suite rooms were large, clean and had updated bathrooms. Lighting in the room could be improved. Breakfast has good selections and changes every day. We rented 3 rooms and the garbage dispenser broke in in one of the rooms but otherwise stay was uneventful. There was a confusion with our late check out, the lady in the front desk said we could check out by 3 pm but we started getting calls from the hotel to check out at the regular time. "Pool and hot area clean and kept well. Staff friendly and helpful. Bathroom somewhat clean there was a contact on the shower wall that wasn’t ours! The night stand draw would not stay closed has to rig it with paper not open and hit our legs, the thermostat on the wall could not read it! Nothing didn’t know if was on heat or cooling or the temp of the room! "
