- An additional bedroom with a sofa bed
- A bathroom with both a shower and a multi-jet bathtub

Outside, a large landscaped garden surrounds a beautiful wooden-decked swimming pool (8m x 4m), complemented by a private spa for moments of pure relaxation. Several furnished terraces invite you to enjoy indoor-outdoor living all year round: shaded lounge area, friendly dining space, and sun loungers for basking in the sun, along with a plancha grill.

Large bay windows flood the rooms with light and naturally extend the living area to the outdoors. The spacious living room, dining area, and open kitchen embrace a contemporary yet warm style, blending natural materials with clean lines.
