"Awesome"

"For what they charge I was expecting more, it was just an average hotel with a high price tag."

"Close to everything downtown . Nice view . Great morning walks . Staff very helpful"

"Everything was clean and we really enjoyed the staff."

"Very clean and well maintained hotel."

"Clean and convenient to many restaurants"

"They are currently upgrading the upgrade floors so there are no upgrades. The property is very nice with a great living room like extended lobby! Great breakfast with extremely nice staff!"

"I stayed at Hyatt Place for a weekend stay. The location was perfect for accessing restaurants and shopping. My concern was there seemed to be stains on the carpet near the closet and the sink that looked like blood. Because I wasn't there long, I avoided the area and continued about my stay. I probably should have brought it to the attention of staff while I was there to ensure that no one else was exposed to it. I just wasn't in the room long enough."

"It was nice & clean easy check in staff was very nice"

"Lovely stay. Close to Publix and plenty of food places. 10 out of 10 definitely would recommend"

"They charge $15 per night for parking and it is stated no where nor do they tell you. It is also a shared parking lot with another building. There was a stink bug in my room and yes I have a picture of it. The remote batteries were also almost dead and no one even asked. Never again will I stay at the hotel."

"Clean, comfortable and spacious"
