"주변애 모텔만 있어 아이들과 묵기 적당한 호텔을 찾던중 이용하게 되었습니다. 4성급 호텔이지만 전혀 서비스는 호텔보단 모텔에 가까운 수준이고, 방음이 전혀 되지 않습니다 . 옆방 대화, 티비소리 다 들리고, 윗층 층간 소음으로 밤에 잠을 잘 수 없을 정도 있니다. 편의시설도 1층 편의점 외엔 없고, 짐도 방으로 올려주지 않는 호텔! 어쩔수 없은 선택이라 울며 겨자 먹기로 묵었으나 모텔보다 적어도 2-3배 가격에 이런 서비스라면 정말 4스타는 아닌거 같아요!"

"숙소는 참 좋았습니다. 화장실에 샤워실 구분이 안되서 불편하고 샤워기 고정이 안되서 물이 많이 튀고 미끄러워서 골절 당할까 걱정했습니다.다들 조심해서 다치진 않았습니다 너무 아쉬운 점은 샤워실과 화장실 분리가 꼭 필요합니다. 다른사람 에게 꼭 권하고싶은 장소 입니다 참고 하시어 다른분들도 불빌하지 않게 해주세요"

"프론트 직원 친절한 응대 깔끔한 조식 깨끗한 객실 저 1년전에도 여기 다녀왔 는데 뭔가 달라졌다 했는데 사장님이 바뀌었데요 더 깨끗해졌고 조식도 맛났어요~ 직원분들도 친절했구요 안동에서 이런 숙소 찾기 힘든데 너~~무 만족스럽습니다! 재방문의사 100프로!"
