Inside, stay warm and cozy thanks to the home's heated flooring. The living room boasts comfortable seating, ski run views, and a large Smart TV, whereas the full kitchen has ample meal prep space and stainless steel appliances, sure to delight any chef.

The kiddos' needs are attended to as well as Bear Valley Mountain Retreat has baby gates, children's games, and a Pack-N-Play. A private washer/dryer and internet access round out the home's stellar perks.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Amazing

We had such a wonderful time at your property! The house is so bright and cosy. We loved it. It is surrounded by mountains on one side and views of the city on the other side. We saw a moose in the garden. We saw the whale that stranded at the mudflats, hiked to Barbara falls, did snowmobiling in Girdwood, did the scenic route ( Turnaround arm),… We loved coming home in a warm house. The hot tub made our evening very special. And as the cherry on the cake, during our last night, we saw the Northern lights!! What a trip!!

Great for families

This is a lovely, modern, comfortable home and it is set up for all age groups of families. The kitchen is pretty well equipped, and the location is great for exploring the areas to the south. I would say the only downside is that it's about a 20 minute drive into downtown Anchorage, which you would have to add on to your drive time if you were heading to explore areas to the north.
