Newly Remodeled Alaskan home! Cozy yet roomy enough for a large group and handicap accessible. Overlooking the historic Delaney Park strip, our Downtown home is located in the hub of Anchorage Alaska. This 4 bed/4.5 bath home is over 2500 sq ft.

Within walking distance you can enjoy fine dining, breweries with live music, a local farmers market, play billiards, take in sunset views over the inlet, or throw your fishing line in at Ships Creek for a mighty king salmon.

The space
Upstairs features an open floor plan, vaulted ceiling, kitchen, living and dining areas, a natural gas fireplace, smart TV, Wifi, and lots of windows with views of the Park Strip and Downtown Anchorage. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs each with king size beds, night stand lamps with outlets and usb ports, wifi, private full bathrooms, clothing storage and hangers, irons/boards, dedicated work space with makeup mirrors and smart TVs. Upstairs bedroom 1 also has a small private deck with access to an elevator for our elderly and handicap guests. A half bath is located conveniently next to the upstairs living areas. From the larger front deck you can BBQ while enjoying sunset views, the 4th of July parade or watch firework displays ringing in the New Year.

Downstairs features a great room, 75” smart TV, Wifi, a loft with sleeping pads, pillows and blankets, a wet bar with mini-frig, microwave and coffee maker, a full bathroom and a dedicated work space. A bar height table with tall chairs for playing games, eating, watching TV or just relaxing. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs. One bedroom has a king size bed, private full bathroom, night stand lamps with outlets and usb ports, wifi, clothing storage and hangers, irons/boards, dedicated work space, smart TV, and an exterior French door to the hot tub patio. The second bedroom has lodge style adult bunk beds with 4 full size beds, clothing storage/hangers/hooks, and close access to a full bathroom. Each bunk bed is equipped with 4 individual headboard reading/night lights and usb ports.

Outside spaces include two upstairs decks one with a BBQ and views of the Park Strip, the second deck has private access for Bedroom 1, a downstairs patio with a hot tub, fire pit and seating area. After your adventures enjoy a well deserved soak in the hot tub!

Guest access
Depending on the size of your vehicles, there are 2-3 parking spots on premises and additional parking spots on the park strip. Guest parking is located at the back of the home in front of the garage doors, there is a man door for entry. There also is access through the gate located on the right hand side. Take the side yard path to the front of the home and use the exterior staircase to the top entry deck or use the lower entry doors on either side of the hot tub. All doors have key pad locks you will receive your unique code before arrival. For more details see map in exterior photos.

Other things to note
Rental Agreement/House rules must be signed before check-in. The hot tub is installed on the downstairs patio. If you need to add water use the hot/cold water spigot and hose located behind the tub. DO NOT use hot water to fill tub it may damage the jets, warm water is best. Guest MUST shower before entering hot tub. Please sign Hot Tub agreement before using and follow hot tub rules. Hot tub must be clean and ready at check out. During winter months we have snow clearing service, but guests may need to shovel snow/add salt to prevent slipping on decks and walk ways.
