"Pro - clean room, spacious, modern bathroom, good value for the money
Con - renovation or construction either inside the hotel or next door in the early morning. I couldn’t sleep at all. When asked the staff, they said they had no control with the renovation. This was very disappointing as the hotel was great overall minus the construction noise in the morning. Drilling and banging noise early morning nonstop."

"如果你想要減肥的話，你可以選擇這間 酒店。道路封鎖，行人不能走路到外面。環境惡劣，不建議預訂。如果你已經訂購酒店，你可以先買一堆食物和飲品。否則晚上會餓死在酒店。旁邊有2間Ktv,還有1個地下車庫正在養魚。早上你可以在商場旁邊吃麵包。地理位置非常不便利。"

"The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I appreciate that they had options for lighting including soft, warm light by the bedside not just one super harsh, bright, cool, overhead light that I've seen in so many hotels in Vietnam. Complimentary self-serve laundry in the basement was so convenient. The breakfast was pretty good.
The staff were so attentive and helpful! We were having trouble making our plans to go to Ta Xua so they gave us a contract for that; we needed an item we couldn't...

Our stay at the Dusit Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is stunning, with gorgeous modern design, beautiful décor, and impeccable cleanliness. Our room was incredibly spacious, and having a kitchen made it even more comfortable and convenient.

"Room was comfortable and great service recovery from Steven improved the experience.
Club lounge was relatively smaller, with more lounge seats than dining tables. During dinner hours, guests may have to share the larger dining table, creating more of a communal canteen vibe than exclusive lounge. More proper dining tables would help.
There is also room for improvement in the attentiveness of lounge staff and service levels of doormen and coffee service during breakfast."

"Wonderful staff and thoughtful service
What stood out most about our stay at May De Ville Lumiere was the excellent service. The staff were warm, attentive and proactive in helping us throughout our stay. When we had an early bus and couldn’t stay for breakfast, they thoughtfully packed food for us to take away. We really appreciated that extra care.
The room felt a little smaller than we had expected, but to be fair, the size in square metres was clearly listed on Expedia before we booked, so...

"My friend and I stayed at the Amiana Hotel in Hanoi for two nights, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff delivered world-class white-glove service from the moment we arrived until the moment we departed.
They welcomed us with warm smiles and welcome drinks and took the time to introduce us to all the amenities they offer. Our room also came with complimentary beer, soft drinks, and water. Most importantly for me, they have an iron and ironing board in the room, which was very...
