Agriturismo Podere Conte Ràcani is situated 400 m. above sea level, on the hills above the left bank of the Tiber River, 10 km from the exit Attigliano/Bomarzo of the A1 highway Milano-Napoli. Still bears the name of its old owners, the Counts Ràcani, noble Umbrian family, whose coat of arms included in the two lizards (Racani in the local dialect), which is still present in the logo of the farm.

Next to the manor house, three apartments were created by restoring the stables and barn, while respecting the character and materials of the local tradition. Surrounded by olive groves, cultivated fields, forests of oaks, and beautiful landscapes of this typical Umbrian countryside, there are plenty of classic farm animals: chickens, ducks, sheep, horses and dogs.

In summer the swimming pool (m.12,50 x 6.50 x 1.30) and ping pong are a nice relaxing break to alternate to visit some of the most valuable art cities of Umbria such as Orvieto , Narni, Todi, Spoleto, Spello, all to no more than an hour's drive from the farm.

Booked in advance, we have on the farm the opportunity to live the wonderful experience of a relaxing Ayurvedic massage.

For those who want to enjoy horse riding, just 5 km from the Farm there is a well-equipped riding school with riding instructor for children and adults.

For our guests we also have some bicycles for scenic walks visiting the beautiful Umbrian countryside and the nearest locations.

Our Farm produces cold-pressed oil according to ancient traditions. Our trees do not undergo any pesticide treatment during the year. The acidity of our oil is very low thus providing a standard of quality at the highest level.

With our fruit trees we produce delicious jam of plum, cherries, apricots, quinces.

We have hens that give us great eggs and our vegetable garden is always full of seasonal produce. Guests of the company including ducks, twenty sheep, and some wild the forest!
