I paid a 50 dollar deposit and never got my money back poorly ran hotel was average at best and run down.

I highly advise you pull back the sheets and look at the mattresses they looked so disgusting and filthy the room just very old paint peeling in the bathroom the shower was like that pink slimy moldy stuff the AC in the room worked very well it is close to everything by the mall Etc the front desk staff were nice I had to turn in the charging station/clock to the front desk because it had severely frayed cord major fire hazard one of my family members elderly fell down and severely injured themselves at the pool area they were told they should put a no entrance on that first gate after she fell another lady came close to falling. The ice makers worked the breakfast in the morning was okay these air fryer for their tater tots scrambled eggs toast and jam both of the waffle makers were really disgusting needed to be cleaned on the outside as well as the inside overall I regret staying there but the staff were really nice

Dirty - sheets had stains that looked freshly gross

I walked in the puppies sniffed the room and I found the sheets to be disgusting -we left.

Short Stay

Broken Glass and Broke down car in the parking lot. Towels were poor quality. Didn't dry very well. Constant loud noise and fighting in the parking lot all night. Could not get to sleep.

Filthy

Stuff is friendly but the room was disgusting. Food on the floor, floors looked like they were not mopped! Crud on the front of the tub (cleaned myself), holes in the wall, cigarette burns in the sheets! Walls were filthy... The room that was pictured on booking looked completely different! I will not stay here again. And to anyone that books, proceed with caution! I didn't take any pictures but wish I had.

Very Poor Management

Stayed for two nights and second night couldn’t even get into my room because the door wouldn’t let me in. Had something to do with the batteries with the door key reader. After three changes in keys and the master key not opening the door, a manager was called and Ajay, the manager, told the maintenance guy he was two hours away to come in and help with the door. So I was given the option of waiting in my vehicle or in another room which I took. Over five hours later and still no manager so when I called the front desk, I had to repeat everything since no communication happened to let the change in staff know about my situation. The new front desk help tried getting a hold of the manager and when I asked her to call the manager to help me out since I still had no access to my room, she got a hold of Ajay who said he would be there shortly. I got very little sympathy from Ajay when he got there and I collected my personal items and then asked to get checked out at 4:00am since I was not going to stay in a place where the management had no concern or respect for the people staying at their hotel. Very disrespectful management but the employees did the best they could given they were not given any ability to help me out. Also found out from Ajay that the same room was having issues with the battery to the door key reader two weeks prior which makes little sense to put someone in a room with issues to the door.
